@ShawInfo Shaw My mom has been on the phone trying to straighten out a billing issue with Shaw Cable. My grandma is being charged by Shaw $2700 for services that she has not authorized. My mom has been hung up on 5 times by Shaw. They don't want to deal with this.

@ChrisLaBossiere @Shawhelp @TELUS It really depends on "what's available" in your area. There's no Telus Fibre Optic where I live, but the "Shaw cable utility box" is on my property. From a customer service perspective, I would have already switched. I'm a captive audience, based on what's available.

@Shawhelp Everyday my service gets worse. At least once a day I have to unplug my modem and then disconnect it. For the past week or two it is happening twice a day. I have just had to do it again for the third time since noon today. I would call, but that doesn't work either.

.@Shawhelp I am moving Jan 22nd, but you inexplicably processed my move today. You say it may take up to 3 business days to restore service. That is a week from now. How am I supposed to work in the meantime? Unacceptable.

@Shawhelp Really not happy with the Shaw customer service. Even with internet plans on their website, their own representatives can't find it. Unfair treatment to their existing customers by not offering the plan.

I am going to cancel my @Shawhelp cable service as a Christmas present to myself. 3 months of half of my channels not working, at full price, was being tolerated. Die Hard on Christmas Eve not working, unacceptable. @TELUS you’ll be up.... get ready. 🎄

@Shawhelp What would be great is if you actually used this Twitter account to inform and communicate with your customers. Kinda like BC Hydro does. There are clearly issues in Vancouver Kitsilano areas but no updates, no information from Shaw. Why have a help account if it’s not utilized?
