Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, OntarioToday's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.
-
Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Say It Ain't So (@heysayitaintso) reported@Shawhelp It says “New Customers Only”. If it is available for existing customers there is NOTHING on the website that says that. Customer service and transparency is paramount. If we are supposed to be able to change our own plans then ALL options should be made available online.

Erin (@ErinRooneye) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Shawhelp we are in Strathcona park in calgary and our wifi has been spotty and erratic all day. Is there a waiver issue? TIA!

Studingo (@studingo) reported@Shawhelp Sorry I know it’s not your fault but you are not improving infrastructure. These outages happen constantly and we are just supposed to deal with it. Never compensated
-
Shaun Briltz (@Shaun_Briltz) reported@Shawhelp I shouldn't have to reach out. To me it's shady that I have to call you or reach out. You know where and when the outages are! You should offer these compensations as good business practice to make up for the LACK of service. This is not a 1 off situation this happens EVERY month
-
KGordon (@KPalmerGordon) reportedDear @shawhelp, why are you so unreasonable and unhelpful to longstanding customers stranded outside BC by Covid and insisting on making us pay for internet we can't use instead of kindly suspending our service until we can get back?
-
Christine (@Christi24285832) reported@Shawhelp Is there an internet outage in white rock?
-
Alex Monk (@monk_aamonk) reported@Gandolfo11 @ShawInfo @TELUS Telus sucks too, be patient with Shaw talking from experience, East Van Rules, had to throw that in lol

Michael Plourde (@Michaelplourde_) reported@Shaun_Briltz @Shawhelp Multiple times a month plus bad ping in general, And they charge an absurd amount for it because it's alot of peoples only option and I'm sure they know that.
