Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..
