@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Shawhelp Is there something happening with Shaw internet today? I started not being able to send anything, pc or on webmail. incoming was ok. But now it's outright rejecting my password on both formats. Unsure whether to call in or just be patient if it's a known issue.

Using @ShawInfo Shaw internet from last 7 years and never had any issues. Got the $0 plan as well and they sent me a $130 for an international dialed number which I never dialed. Pathetic customer service by Farooque 1236 and supervisor Brandon. @RogersHelps

@ShawInfo I keep getting a call from 1-833-793-1026. Searches show this is from a Shaw loyalty department for a contract renewal. If true, why hang up when I answer. I would like to discuss my contract renewal rates.

“To win approval from both regulators and Canadian consumers, @Rogers and @ShawInfo are attempting to reframe the national conversation around #telecom, by getting the focus off cheap cellphone service for city dwellers.” 🤔 #competition #antitrust
