@Shawhelp More accurately, you train your online representatives to follow a script and logic pattern. They are far to zealous for booking an appointment with a trained technician as they have no knowledge of fixing problems themselves.

@chx @nick_thompson @Shawhelp When I verbally agreed to a 2 year contract this month, the sales guy checked my modem and said I’d be good for 750/100. After agreeing to the deal, I only got 750/25. Called him back, he said “oops, looks like there’s an issue in your area and gave a $25 credit. It’s a joke.

@Shawhelp Good afternoon! It’s cold here in Vancouver, we’re expecting another snowstorm, we’re off and it’s a perfect day for catching up on programs we weren’t able to watch the last couple of months. And Shaw is down again, yet the outages site says there are none.
