    @Shawhelp trying to find out why on global I cannot get Prince George commercials any longer? We get Kamloops commercials. I live in Prince George and have always gotten the correct commercials. Is there any way this can be fixed? This is an issue in the Quesnel area as well.

    Seriously. @ShawInfo I have to wait 1+ hours to reset my cable box on wield card weekend ? Brutal service.

    @ShawInfo When contacted the customer service about the modem rental fee they said this is the way it is now, I asked can I buy the modem so no fee, they said no, I reminded them that I was never charged a fee for modem in all my years,they didn't care, now I have to shell $10 more for it.

    @TSN_Sports your iOS app could use some love, and could look at @ShawInfo for inspiration. One example is adding Picture in Picture support.

    I have never had so much trouble with my TV as I do now with #ShawBlueCurve @Shawhelp it's terrible. I keep getting no signal.

    Hey @Shawhelp yesterday the network was good but today it’s again went down, I reset the modem as you said but nothing helped
