    @Shawhelp hi shaw! This is a mobile issue. Is this the right place? If not, I apologize. I’m an ex-shaw employee on Shaw Mobile. My roommate is also an ex-shaw employee on Freedom. We are having major issues with SMS. We both have wifi calling on. We both did a network reset.

    @Shawhelp I did send you a DM and no one replies. I now just talked to Shaw and got someone in another country that has no idea what is going on. It’s been 5 days and you guys are not giving any information or help.

    @Shawhelp Your webmail portal is not working. Not just for me but others too. "Unable to communicate with login server". Yet Shaw insists nothing is wrong 😡
