    @Shawhelp please can you help us. We have been waiting patiently. Each time I contact you you send me to your help centre or chat line and we get nowhere. They are very nice but they can’t help us. We need a crew to check the line on the road. We do not need a house call.

    @Shawhelp No. This is what happens every time a technician comes out. He tells us we need work done on the line. And then nothing happens. For a year. We need better service than that. How else can you help!

    Another attempt at contacting @TwitchSupport. My stream has been buffering for users for two months now, but there's seemingly no issues with anything on my end. @shawinfo seem confident that it isn't an issue on their end. I can stream to other sites just fine. Just Twitch.

    @nathaliejacoby1 I tried. But @ShawInfo has only 2 options - a la carte - which you build yourself and costs triple or you have to take everything including Fox. It's ridiculous that in 2022 a streaming service doesn't provide choice.

    @Shawhelp That is exactly what I did a month ago. Now again this morning, TV cut out for 5 minutes, message on screen says connection issue. Back on its own 5 minutes later.

    Thank you to @ShawInfo I just talked to their support and explained my families situation and how we are not using their services at the moment while we wait for our new place. They waived our service fees for 15 days and that might not seem like much but it's a big deal to me

    @Shawhelp we have been told multiple times it’s a problem on the line. We are getting nowhere with your help center. Last guy didn’t show up for the appointment. We’ve replaced all the gear as suggested and it cost us a lot of money and we still have terrible Internet connection.

    Well I haven’t had internet problems I used to have in a couple of months. I jinxed myself thinking about how I haven’t had problems in a while. Now internet keeps dropping @Shawhelp. -_-;;

    @Shawhelp Your outage page is not helpful. Your agent said my area is down but it's not showing that on your web site.

    @ipf9010 That was @ShawInfo that screwed up our move so badly. Unforgivable. I’m looking for another service provider now. When we get into our new place I’m going to start a CRTC complaint. This is ridiculous.
