Dear @ShawInfo, first you force me to get a new ISP, because you would not replace my broken router in a timely manner. This led to $2,000 in losses to me. Then you wouldn’t let me drop off my equipment. Instead, it traveled by > 100 km by mail, to be delivered 4 km from my home.

@Shawhelp no internet for over 8 days is a little unacceptable. No help but wait for over a week for a tech as they’re sold out online. #horribleservice

@Shawhelp It seems the Comedy Network in the Fraser Valley is the next channel that gets all pixilated, and cuts out. Is there a way you could POSSIBLY advise your tech department of this issue...? In the hopes they can rectify this? I'm not the only one experiencing this...

@Shawhelp your service is so rarely down that I didn’t notice it today. Can you give me a status update? I’m in the P7A postal code. Thx!

@Shawhelp Thanks, but what’s to “take a closer look at”? You don’t have enough tower coverage in parts of Langley, especially Walnut Grove. No fix on my account is really going to help that, right?

@Shawhelp Yes, still asking people to contact your “experts” when this is a known issue and needs to be resolved. It’s been 2 months.

What is with @ShawInfo ? From August to December my monthly bill is up $26 for the same level of service? Maybe should be looking closer at those Telus flyers. Apparently customer loyalty means nothing.

Well, entering day 4 of no internet from @Shawhelp . After being told by several techs to unplug and replug, over and over (that's when I hang up), someone arrived for another tenant. Hmmm... everything looks fine... until "I" had to tell him there had been a planned outage...1/2
