Without any Internet customers are still asked to pay $300 for cancellation when they decide to choose a better service like Telus.

Ryan Stinson (@ryanstinson) reportedYesterday I decided to move my modem/router to get better coverage. I turn it on and now lights just flash. @Shawhelp tells me there’s an outage but their site says nothing. What are you supposed to do when you wfh and heavily depend on it??

You lost us as customers when Telus offered us 1000gb for $79/month. And u wanted $89/mo for 500gb!! Shaw sucks . Keep the pride happy I guess
