    @Shawhelp My internet is still down in Vancouver near Hastings park….since last night at 6pm. Online says it’s been resolved…but it clearly hasn’t as I still have no WiFi or cable. Please fix this.

    @Shawhelp The big issue is the original box I got from #ShawCable when I renewed my contract in September was the wrong box and not supporting channels for the package I have. Then shaw sends refurbished box for the replacement of the original so technically I never had a new one..

    @Shawhelp Kelowna, Ellison area by Airport. For the last few days, CNN on Bluecurve TV (254) has been all garbled. All other channels are fine. Just me, or anyone else having problems?

    @Shawhelp, The customer service representatives need more adequate coaching when it comes to dealing with stressed clients. I was told I could move my services to a new address after I told them several times it could not be done. well here we are today. I have moved and thus

    @Shawhelp Lately my Shaw BlueCurve Cloud PVR has been not recording properly or maybe won’t playback properly. Is there a reset fix for this?

    @chx @nick_thompson @Shawhelp When I verbally agreed to a 2 year contract this month, the sales guy checked my modem and said I’d be good for 750/100. After agreeing to the deal, I only got 750/25. Called him back, he said “oops, looks like there’s an issue in your area and gave a $25 credit. It’s a joke.
