@Shawhelp I have to say that not only have I had another horrible atrocious customer service issue again but I think this is going to be the camel that broke the straws back I have tried to call now for over a week the customer service agent to activate my sim cards for my wife

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

@PixelFlows @Shawhelp I agree @PixelFlows. They appear to have removed the previous information and updates. Likely so the outage appears to be more recent. 4 days now of the same rhetoric can be tiring.

  • AugustinaStudio Augustina (@AugustinaStudio) reported

@YzabettaSativa @CRTCeng @ShawInfo Shaw wouldn’t let me take Fox out of my cable package - said there was nothing that could be done. So I told them, ‘oh yes there is, cancel my entire cable’. My media, my choice. And I hate when someone tells me I can’t do something. And I detest Fox.

  • Larry_Svenson Larry Svenson (@Larry_Svenson) reported

Hey @RogersHelps why did you add a service to my account without my permission? Tweeting this as your live chat keeps telling me there are no real people to talk to. Last chat was a great example of poor customer service. Maybe @ShawInfo or @TELUS will offer better service

  • BACullenyyc Bruce Cullen (@BACullenyyc) reported

Hey @Shawhelp - just wasted 2 hours online with one of your agents trying to fix wifi issues. I need a physical technician ASAP. Can’t wait until Saturday. Today or tomorrow at the latest. This is unacceptable. Trying to run a business here….

  • Phill2theGascon Phill Gascon (@Phill2theGascon) reported

@ShawInfo It's worth noting when a customer leaves your company, you file a claim with a collections agency and automatically charge $500 before you get the package sent to you. You already got your devices, I can't comprehend why you choose to do this. Customer loss = get harassed?

  • xnorwaks Matt (@xnorwaks) reported

@Shawhelp another outage in sturgeon county? This has been happening pretty frequently lately...

  • LurkingLogger Will (@LurkingLogger) reported

@Shawhelp So, after all this down time I’m shocked you didn’t jump at the chance of patting yourself on the back for getting our service back up finally. Very glad it’s back but I’ll be switching to Telus at first opportunity and advising others to as well. #telus

@Shawhelp Cable and internet is down in Sidney, Vancouver Island. When will it be resolved?

  • chuckie72 Chuckie (@chuckie72) reported

@mytweetsarecrap @hiwaydispatch @Shawhelp If they were serious, they'd understand that a wildfire is something beyond their control, if they want infallible service, they pay just like any other business who wishes for a near 100% service level.
