    @ShawInfo There's a reason behind the generic design of a thin rectangle in electronics. It's to allow the heat to spread and disappait. This unit is not designed as such so no wonder it sucks at regulating it's internal temperature.

    @Shawhelp Success! The unplug the box (PVR) and have it reboot worked. I had lost a/v while watching a pre-recorded program. The TV is new so the problem had to be either Shaw signal or the box. I am very glad it was a simple fix. Thank you for the link.

    @Shawhelp I went through that last night, these are the speeds I’m getting sitting right in front of the modem. I, just had it installed yesterday so it shouldn’t have needed the reset. (The reset got my just enough more speed to get onto the router login and change the name of the 5g)

    @ShawInfo I use #TekSavvy and they use Shaw service. I recently upgraded to 75Mbps but it has never changed from the 30Mbps. It's past 48 Hours since provisioning request was issued. Do you mind checking for me what's going on?

    @Shawhelp Our Shaw gateway is not working. It can’t find a gateway. I’ve unplugged all units for a minute several times and used the reset buttons on the back of the boxes. A red light on far right corner comes on the main big arris box. No response on Shaw help app.
