@Shawhelp I’ve lost my tv/internet connection at least 4 times in the past 1.5 months and have been on hold on the phone for HOURS trying to fix the issue. This is not acceptable. Please DM me. I’m not a happy customer.

Word to the wise- don’t use @ShawInfo - they added charges to my bill and I’ve been bounced from messenger, phone and now “email” customer service reps each time I’m told “sorry I’m not able to help me”. Careful - don’t sign a contract. #shady
