    @Shawhelp yet another OUTAGE!!! before all these supposedly upgraded upgrades you have been doing this summer. We hadn't had a disconnect in almost 2 years!then you say we are gonna make it better and since Oct we have been disconnected and unable to use the internet 4 TIMES NOW

    @Shawhelp I have and this happening with both of my BlueCurve wireless boxes. I have also reset my modem via the My Shaw app. Also reached out to Amazon who weren’t any help

    @Shawhelp It won't allow me to return your request for a direct message. Super. Now phone and internet are having problems but remember I pay you 3 months in advance only to spend a minimum of 8 hours a month on the phone with your people. @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport @Rogers worst experience with internet 6 from shaw technical support don't have answers why it's not reaching all parts of the home just looking for reliable service
