@Shawhelp Thanks for reaching out. I've checked the service page. There was no service outage in my area. I had to contact your online support and rebooked an on-site inspection. My son is taking online courses in his summer school of Gr 11. He is heavily dependent on this link.

@Shawhelp I assume that’s a no for a Cochrane wide issue. I’m only home for a few more minutes for lunch, but I’ll reach out after work if it’s still acting up.

1/3 Tried to negotiate with @ShawInfo to bring our bill down to where it was before the promo wore off and they offered me a plan that was basically the same price (still almost $200). (was willing to ditch cable tv to get it down to about $100 for phone and internet)

I'll never understand how @Rogers thinks that a $2 refund on my next bill will make up for the lost productivity and business during the outage. That's not a goodwill gesture, that's a slap in the face. And don't get me started on the @ShawInfo merger... BAD idea. #rogersoutrage

@Shawhelp Although I got a quick response from your help desk, I was disappointed since this was the second time that I suffered an internet access issue within two weeks. The preliminary access suggested that the signal was fine but the wired speed only gained 172Mbps for shaw 500 service

@Shawhelp I’ll see if I need to reboot again tomorrow. Once a quarter isn’t bad. Daily isn’t a good thing.

@CelesteCote @jansensan @ShawInfo Totes. Asking for my first name, last name, phone number, email, and full postal code - and those being mandatory to access a "free" service... C'mon.

@Rogers @ShawInfo since switching cell service from Rogers to Shaw ~20 months ago I've saved over $2000. That's pretty significant.

@Shawhelp I don’t really need help, I just think it’s unhelpful to send new equipment to a senior citizen and then not allow someone to help her set it up. I got it sorted out, just a terrible decision
