    @Shawhelp why is getting follow up on a ticket where you are “fixing” your own equipment so hard? SE YYC random drops and no follow up when your techs have “fixed things”. Over this endless cycle of garbage. And why don’t you have techs that do business calls after hours?

    So @bchydro doesn’t know how to do their jobs and has taken out the @ShawInfo network, costing us all thousands of dollars in lost work. Good times.

    @RallyMD @Shawhelp I was mid presentation and had a very busy day. This is not funny. This is income loss and business loss and absolutely unacceptable to take down a whole area unannounced. There is no joke here. This is a massive concern for me and my neighbours.

What innovation will the 4th wireless provider have when @ShawInfo didn’t even bid for spectrum knowing it will disadvantage dem

    I hope @ShawInfo plans to pay for this day of lost work and explain to my staff why payroll is delayed because this is some insane bullshit. Also, when you have a recorded message about an outage, your website shouldn’t say “good news! No outages!”

    @Shawhelp your website only shows outage in Burnaby but there's no internet in Aldergrove (Langley) either since at least 8:30am this morning. Please fix, I don't see a way to report it on your website.
