    @slimschadey161 It’s @Shawhelp that is the issue as usual. It’s the same on all my channels. Turned the TV off for awhile and just switched back on now to watch Finland/US. Let’s hope

    @ShawInfo good evening. I have been trying to solve an issue since 3p. I have been on chat and went thru 3 people when the 3rd just dropped me. Now I am going on 2hrs waiting for a return call that was supposed to be a 45min wait. Now what?

    @im_andrewtodd @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Wicked, sorry to hear that. I will say Telus provides a more stable service. I'm going down a few notches in speed and other services just because you can RELY on them. Shaw is like that hemorrhoid that won't go away. I've had enough.

    @TheDarrenK @Shawhelp TSN with the IIHF game is fine so far. If any channel has problems for us at any point (doesn’t matter if there’s bad weather here in Abbotsford or not) there’s a 90% chance it’s on Global.

    @L_Whiting @Shawhelp Shaw owns BBC Canada - Corus Entertainment is a division of Shaw and they've decided to shut the network down.... some annoyed people in this house.

    @Shawhelp Our cable and internet stopped working last night around 9 pm and it's still not back up and it's been 24 hrs. I realize crews are working on the issue but seriously there needs to be some compensation for the disruption and the length it had taken to get it back up.

    @Shawhelp It’s 7:47 PM and still no service - 24 hours ago was the outage. What’s the plan for compensation or credit for not having service available. This is also impacting work as I am limited in my ability and will now have to make alternative plans and no way to call 911!
