    Hey @ShawInfo - how about hiring more service folks for the evening shift? It’s taken more than an hour to try fix our issue via ‘message us’ bcs our tech keeps vanishing, and now they’ve remotely disconnected our WiFi on top of everything else. 🤬

    @Shawhelp 5 people in my house to fix it & 2 “senior supervisors” would disagree with that statement but i’m open to anything at this point

    5 repair guys, 2 months and still having serious issues with shaw internet and tv. why pay when we are supposed to be getting 600mbps down and we consistently get 15… @ShawInfo @Shawhelp
