@Shawhelp To protect myself and others if in case, if at all. But all I was met with is rude COVID rejection without even seeing what I was there for. So, am I just to take this rudeness and feel customer appreciation? I'm sure all employees of Shaw is good with that right? Ok for you?

@Shawhelp c’mon #Shaw I’ve been cut off three times now while trying to get service through your chat. I don’t want to spend another hour and a half on the phone then be told it’s not your problem by someone in Belize. I pay $170/month and I can’t watch tv. Fix this!

@Shawhelp He contacted via social media was told to call he called they said we can't give you this information and then was proceeded to be told that he has to pay $280 to cancel.

@Shawhelp Thanks for the gesture. The last service month started Nov 4. Auto payment done Nov 5. Got a bill starting Dec 4 but was told by cus service it's for Nov. Either the bill date is wrong or Shaw is double charging me. Sounds pretty random to me. Not to mention the harsh letter.
