    @Shawhelp Your Shaw commercials with the bad singing lady, are they really Shaw commercials or are you being paid by Youtube to make people want to buy ad-free browsing to make them stop? They are loud and painful. This can't be your only complaint about them.

    @Shawhelp Okay I went online to chat and set up an appointment for tomorrow, thanks. I cannot seem to send dms. Not sure why. I used to get lots of them but no longer now either but not your problem.

    @Shawhelp is there a service outage for Shaw Fibre internet customers in Surrey, BC? I’ve reset the Shaw modem/router and just have a flashing orange light. First three characters of post code are V4A

    @pnwkate @TELUS That is a beauty of a shot. I have been with @ShawInfo since getting our first computer in 2003 and have never had any issues with the service.
