    @Shawhelp Anybody home??? I spent several hours yesterday trying to resolve my Shaw issue with endless loops in self help, disconnected calls, chat windows that don't work, agents that focus more on account info than problem solving, only to get sorry, try again tomorrow. Today no response

    @Shawhelp No resyto DM's after several hours. Self help can't help. Chat results in more loops and canned responses.

    @Shawhelp what is going on with the Internet in North Vancouver? I am in the chat support queue for the second time today. The first time, your automated assistant kicked me out of the queue before an agent even responded. That was after waiting almost an hour.
