@Shawhelp our Bluecurve TV hasn't been working for over an hour now...are there issues in North Langley? I've unplugged it...and plugged it back in....and I'm just getting a black screen. Guide works for a second...but if I change the channel the channel isnt showing the program.

@Shawhelp Ya I did and they couldn’t chat me through the problem and won’t book a time to come that doesn’t involve me having to take a few hours off work or that my wife can do after she gets home at 4 even after saying 3-5 is a normal available time for your techs
