    @ShawInfo your service is horrible of late. All my recordings glitch during playback skipping multiple seconds forward forcing me to watch shows on demand.

    @Shawhelp any timeframe for the resolution of the issue with cloud PVR recordings? Incredibly frustrating to not be able to watch any of my recordings without massive skips/lost audio/errors.

    @Shawhelp I think Canadian Mobile service providers need to get help from US service providers. They are succeeded in identifying scam callers. caller id says "scam call" 2/2

    @Shawhelp Like I told the rep, I'd obviously checked that but there wasn't (and still isnt!) a service outage posted for my area. Looking at the whole business day wasted, incredibly frustrating overall.
