@Shawhelp No I'm going to cancel and go with another company. Whether you look into it or not your services are sub-par at best. TV always intermittent and pixelating, internet always lagging... been this way for years even after troubleshooting and I've tried to stay loyal, but no more.

@ShawInfo. I get there’s a problem but this is ridiculous. I never had problems like this when I was a Telus client. Someone PLEASE ADVISE what the hell is going on and when my cable and internet is coming back up !?!?! 2/2

Shaw informed me I need to upgrade my TV box or I'll lose channels. Guess what - with the "upgrade" I lost a bunch of channels. After dealing w/ Shaw for 8 hours on chat/phone, issue is still not resolved. Thanks for the downgrade @ShawInfo - still waiting for a call from you!
