    @Shawhelp I’ve DM’d all of the drops and outages over the past 3 days. However until the techs can enter the home and actually resolve the issue it’s just a waste of my time.

    @Shawhelp I have tried and tried with your customer service tech specialists. They have rerun all my outside cable, they’ve replaced the coax jack and cables, they swapped out my modem… I’ve been told many, many times there is nothing that can be done and I just have to live with it…

    Hey @shawinfo? The CRTC tells me that, if my/your simultaneous substitution problem continues, to inform them of every instance and, if it amounts to enough, they can force compensation. Guess what I will be doing every time this issue arises?

    @ShawInfo you should be more concern with the quality of your service first, than other problems; my speed has never been 1 Gig like you advertised; we should cut the bill in half like the speed you provide
