    PSA: Filed a CCTS complaint against @Rogers & Shaw (@ShawInfo) today. Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

    @Shawhelp A technician was here because of the poor signal that we have. He replaced the router and indicated that all is well. We still have a poor signal causing poor television reception.

    @Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.
