@Shawhelp Would be so nice to watch the Superbowl today. Unfortunately, Shaw internet doesnt work again so I wont be watching the Superbowl. Apparently we have an outage in our area. When I go on the website it says no outages. Not impressed Shaw it's been 24 hours with no help!

@Shawhelp Our internet is spotty and frequently goes down for brief periods, few days ago our cable was out, now I can't access on demand "network connectivity issues." Why is our huge bill never prorated for when we can't access the services we're paying for?

Showed up to confirm everything at least, but still nothing he could do. Please @ShawInfo, listen to customers, especially when they try to tell you there’s a larger issue than just me. I’ve burned through a ton of data because of this and now just really don’t feel great about..

@Shawhelp since when did Shaw's internet quality been reduced to the quality of internet in third world countries.. yeah I said third world countries, I literally been having one of the worst Shaw experiences in years, fix your internet in the West side of Edmonton, Alberta smh.
