    There is a catastrophic shutdown of network in west of Calgary from morning. Businesses and individuals have serious problems. Customer service lines repeat a message saying it will be fixed. Nothing happened yet @ShawDirect @ShawInfo

    I'm trying to help my brother, is @RogersHelps the only #internet provider in Ontario that offers subsidized internet for people on #ODSP? They aren't in #ThunderBay and @ShawInfo and @Tbaytel don't seem to. $100+/ month internet as a minimum is kind of brutal for low income.

    @Shawhelp No #shaw internet in parts of SW Calgary and west of Calgary since 9am and won’t be fixed until tomorrow. Isn’t that just great!! How can it take 24 hours to fix this service is mind blowing!! #yyc

    As usual, @ShawInfo is having problems with various parts of it's Internet system, and @Shawhelp is unable to resolve any problems. At the moment, @ShawInfo's Webmail is mostly unreachable, and, when you can reach it, the login server is unreachable ...

    Shaw cable out @Shawhelp chat won’t open, I do not have the patience to wait on hold for an hour+ I’ve unplugged everything, plugged it all back in to get the same damn msgs “connecting to your entertainment experience” for 30min then tighten your cables&restart RDK10000 Repeat
