@Shawhelp @ShawInfo Real quality organization you have running. First you send a tech to my senior parents' house who 'fixed' their problem on Friday by cutting all of the lines going into their house and then swearing at them when he got over his head and couldn't fix it.

So my @ShawInfo technician calls me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, saying there’s a larger outage in my city caused my “something unknown, possibly weather”. Really upsetting to get told there’s nothing he can do and that I’m going to be waiting *longer*.

.. continuing business with your company. I understand things go down but I’ve been treated so negatively by support (minus @Shawhelp here on Twitter, they’re great) and have been so much given the runaround on this issue being fixed sooner than later.
