    @Shawhelp Yes, I'm aware how you want to take my complaint offline to protect your brand. I'm telling you your company will not do anything other than tell me to restart my router, while it's actually a problem on your end. My communities Facebook page is filled with complaints right now.

    @Shawhelp Constant wifi cutting on and off for everyone i know who uses shaw, made a post about it and many many people are having same issue in lower mainland, please don’t act like we need a technician you guys need to fix some server issue that’s happening everywhere.

    @Shawhelp No point in calling, spending 30 minutes to an hour of my valuable time on the phone when you're not going to fix the problem. It is clear after 3 days of this you will not fix it and you don't care.

    @Shawhelp after using online chat for an hour and a half last night they told me there's an issue in my area that isn't listed in service outages because "it's just a service alert that only affects some customers." Such a waste of my time & I was given no ETA on a fix.
