    @ShawInfo Enough data? .Unlimited internet? I haven't had internet in 14 days and counting. I wonder if I will ever have internet again. Don't let @Shawhelp @shawinfo fool you. When your contract is up look elsewhere. If you aren't a customer than don't become one. Don't get trapped.

    @Ihartcompassion @TELUSsupport @ShawInfo 👆same problem! I can't do anything on 5G when VPN is on. I also tried the iOS Private Relay which is Apple's build int VPN and no connection at all.

    Please avoid @Shawhelp @ShawInfo. The sign you to a #contract and then are in no rush to fix things when you have a problem. 10 days with no internet and the next appointment (didn't fix it the first time) isn't for a other 4 days. They don't care #saynotoshaw

    One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

    @Shawhelp Unfortunately the support team could care less. I've been a customer for 20 years. I've had no internet for 10 days and it will be 14 by the time another tech shows up. I can't understand how you can force me to wait another week when the problem wasn't fixed the first time

    Back to using the Free WiFi from down the road again. Thanks @ShawInfo I wish my modem didn't continue to drop Wifi signal & disconnect. Really really appreciate it, especially when I need internet for work and streaming. Super reliable service @Shawhelp. Sorry to my viewers.

    Does 10 days with #nointernet seem like a a long time? Of course it does. What provider would allow that to happen (especially to a 20 year customer)? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo does and I'm experiencing it right now. Don't get caught like me. Please look at another #internetprovider
