    @Shawhelp your service just sucks!! The worst experience in my life I had to face from house to my office and I faced issues in connexion every day my internet drops...Can you fix the modem?? Who Can I talk to change the useless modem?

    And again, the @shawhelp internet TV box which is "top of the line with the latest software" drops the signal and can't get it back without my intervention.

    @Shawhelp I've had to provide the DM with an account number virtually every time only to then be asked for it again by the support person after that. Fair enough re the different types of equipment.

    @Shawhelp @SinatraSoul Pretty condescending customer service here. I’ve had BlueCurve for over 2 years now and half your channels were in SD until only 4 months ago when you finally upgraded them.

    @Shawhelp had years of acceptable connection uptime with you but over the last week I've had tons of issues, modem replaced twice, techs coming on both weekend days, and now it dropped again during a work meeting. Now the webchat won't load. What's going on? In New Westminster
