@Shawhelp Wait so I spent almost An hour with someone doing different things with my tv taking plugs out and putting them in only to ask is there a system issue. Ohh yes sir there is. Why ******** did I waste 45minutes at 11pm when I could be asleep for work. So it’s my fault then.

@Shawhelp furthermore, by not being public about the modem provisioning issue (which is affecting hundreds of customers, not “a small number”) and having support reps straight up lie saying it will be resolved *TODAY* (6 days ago) you have lost a customer.

Thanks @Shawhelp for shipping the new, updated Shaw Fibre+ Gateway 2.0 XB7 Modem overnight. Replaced old one with new and up and running, faster, no more issues.
