@TELUS said I must switch to fibre optic as they won’t support if problems with copper wires. Today their AI call asked if I’d like to do the install myself with virtual support. Imagine they’d have me climb pole and string cable. #bcpoli @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp So 90 down and 30 up is bad. Got it. My friend has Telus’ cheapest plan and gets 90/90.

@Shawhelp #shawoutage V8K Salt Spring Island has repeated 30m + outages over past several days. Down now. Ideas on when service will be back?
@Shawhelp That link does not help. Internet only works for a few minutes at a time. Have to use my phone data which is not free to contact and try to get a resolve. Not a happy customer.
