@Shawhelp for past four days there is no internet connection,ur customer care is really pathetic and not at all helpful,said technician will be visiting and no one showed up, there is no customer service despite numerous calls and follow up,,,service is bad to worst, horrible .

@Shawhelp you know what? I am almost done with you guys ... your service is horrible. I can't go 2 days without losing my connection ... this is unacceptable. I will be cancelling my subscription when my contract is up and no there is "nothing you can do" at this point. I am done.

@Shawhelp did you actually read my post? There isn't anything you CAN do .... after a year and a half of service interuptions I am done ....
