    Sigh.... this is why we cant have nice things @ShawInfo 6 months of asking for them to properly fix the internet. and every month the same issue leaves us having to make you all wait for content while they fix it

    @Shawhelp I can’t get an agent through my app or online we have no service With no service disruptions in our area reported. Acceptable Customer Service to not be able to talk to someone through chat or otherwise
