    @Shawhelp It’s ok I will just sit on hold for an hour just to get you turn back on the internet that you never should have turned off in the first place. You know the internet that I pay for ? Was already on hold. Was already told it’s fixed. Guess what it’s not. It still down.

    @Shawhelp Also, the very lovely customer service rep who I did finally speak with spent about 10 minutes checking to see if I qualified for the $45 a month unlimited mobile plan. Before checking to see if the plan is available in my area (spoiler alert: not available).
