    @Shawhelp I did send you a DM and no one replies. I now just talked to Shaw and got someone in another country that has no idea what is going on. It’s been 5 days and you guys are not giving any information or help.

    @Shawhelp Still doesn't answer the question of why have the store when they don't actually do anything like that. Now instead of just getting my equipment switched in 5 min, I now have to fight again with your online service while my Internet is out, and then I'll have to have a tech

    Ahh good ol @Shawhelp nice guy on the phone let me know the earliest they can send a tech out to look at the problem with the drop box is maybe Sunday evening. I know it’s not out. Bit spotty service makes it hard to work or stream when it goes out randomly

    @Shawhelp Does the WiFi Access Points outage also affect wired devices? Have clients in Victoria & Nanaimo, that operate Shaw Go WiFi hotspots, experiencing sporadic bandwidth issues. Related or coincidence?
