    @Craigsart @ShawInfo Yes Shaw did the same to me and told me no outages in my area ….talked to several neighbours on my street and they’re experiencing the exact same issues ….transparency keeps the customer …I am now a bell subscriber ….way to go Shaw

    @Shawhelp we just “upgraded” to fibre and it’s not any faster in fact it seems like a downgrade but it’s costing us more! Help. @theBurlyChef

    @Shawhelp PVR is clearly set up to record only NEW episodes. Yet a 20 year old episode is recorded and not the NEW ONE. How hard is it do program things right. This happens all the ******* time. **** SHAW
