@Shawhelp Good afternoon! It’s cold here in Vancouver, we’re expecting another snowstorm, we’re off and it’s a perfect day for catching up on programs we weren’t able to watch the last couple of months. And Shaw is down again, yet the outages site says there are none.

@Shawhelp So you’re saying I should order my centre ice package directly from the NHL instead of paying Shaw for the sub standard feed. My friends who bought directly have had no problems with the feed. That tells me it’s Shaw that is the problem.

@Shawhelp Kelowna, Ellison area by Airport. For the last few days, CNN on Bluecurve TV (254) has been all garbled. All other channels are fine. Just me, or anyone else having problems?

@Shawhelp More accurately, you train your online representatives to follow a script and logic pattern. They are far to zealous for booking an appointment with a trained technician as they have no knowledge of fixing problems themselves.

@Shawhelp, the signal for most channels in North Vancouver is pretty bad. Some satelitte channels (eg CNN, Knowledge) ok but locals & Seattle unwatchable. Picture & sound breaking up. Happens periodically but worse today. Shaw used to be rock solid. What's up?

@Shawhelp So now, during the World Junior Hockey championships, with Canada playing tonight, no less, the cable is down…since 4:30 pm PT and wifi is down again. Really?!?!?
