@Shawhelp How does the white rock fire effect this region and not osoyoos? We were without service for over 5 days from the fire near osoyoos- leading me to believe the fibre line must originate from there. How is white rock involved?

@Shawhelp hi- I'm having issues with a specific show playing my PVR recording through the blue curve app. Tried multiple devices, deleted and resinstalled the app and it keeps freezing 3 mins in and I can fast forward past but the picture remains frozen.

@Shawhelp Also, the first customer service rep I spoke with initially said she could upgrade me for less money than the plan listed on your website... but then couldn't, at the last minute, after I agreed to upgrade (at the lower cost).

@Shawhelp I had working internet an hour ago. Called to upgrade my service and now I have no internet and am being told no one can come help until August 13. This is unacceptable. I work from home. I cannot be without internet for a week, or even a day.
