    I thinks itโ€™s absolutely disgusting that @Shawhelp will disconnect you with notice at all. Then tell you that you that you then need to pay off the entire account to restore services. Wow is all I can say now. @Shawhelp was a great service 10 years ago but now itโ€™s not

    @Shawhelp Looks like it dipped out for about 10 mins then was back. This issue is unsettling since I run livestreams from my home

    Took me 37:02 on the phone to cancel my service -- the vast majority of it on hold. Two different employees asked my reasons for cancelling etc, but couldn't help. Oh, and the on-hold music cuts in and out with static. Just a real class organization, @ShawInfo. #slowclap

    @maxfawcett Shaw. I have had some horrendous experiences with @Shawhelp lately. Was caught in an online chat with them 2.5 hours to get an answer to a question that could have taken 5 minutes over the phone. Then I had no way to lodge a formal complaint about my experience.
