    Another day and yet @Shawhelp @ShawInfo is yet not solving the issue just keep saying it is on the back end. This lack of service and answers is not good enough.

    Please @ShawInfo after waiting an hr for call back & then I did get my call - I also got a message that my call was unable to be processed -“good-bye” cluck a hang up . I’m on call wait for 101 min again - pls don’t hang up again - I need you , sincerely paying customer

    @Shawhelp really second guessing if I should continue service. Trying to deal with billing now for 3 days. Just spent 30 minutes being told by a CSR that I’m trying to confuse her. My apologies, didn’t know I’m suppose to train your staff to answer simple questions. #FACTS

    Trying to watch the #2019Elections coverage, into day two of a major Shaw TV fail @Shawhelp Black screen, no audio, terrible. DO NOT sign up for #Shaw Blue Curve. Zero customer service. Don’t make my mistake. You’re welcome.

    @Shawhelp this customer service is horrible. We've been waiting for hours, through the phone, through the online chat, through Twitter DMs. No response, were about to cancel our service if we don't get a response.

    @Shawhelp I find navigating on the box is absolute shit. The page down doesn’t work so you essentially have to go through 29 pages of content individually. It also doesn’t keep track of what you’ve watched so you have to remember which episode you last watched.

    @allenmobile @Shawhelp @TELUS Cams use the upload stream more than the download stream—that’s where my issue is. When I check my cameras remotely, I get a lot of buffers because my plan’s up speed is not enough. TELUS’s 75 plan also has the same up speed. We use Netflix 4K so I went with Shaw instead.

    @Shawhelp She has been on your chat 3 times, waits 10 min someone asks a question then transfers her only to wait another 15. Now they are saying they can’t come back until SUNDAY. She has already waited a week for service and the guy left without making it work! HELP

    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp Did he try to sell you cell service? I had a very specific issue with a modem they sent me (that I didn’t want or need and that didn’t work) and every phone call as I tried to get them to stop billing me for the faulty modem I’d returned they attempted to sell me more services.

    @ShawInfo omg every two days we have internet issues and have to reboot modems. This is unacceptable. We moved from a farm and had more reliable service then we do now! @TELUSsupport offer us a deal and we will switch.

    @Shawhelp I was at the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton last night. Phone connected to the shaw pass point service. It was abysmally slow. Turned wifi off to use lte instead. Wifi Signal needs some help in that building.

    sadness @Shawhelp TV not working - TWO days tech help + many previous days w/o @weathernetwork wait SIX more days b4 physical tech help available - can record & watch things but major sadness for those who need live updates - gonna have to figure compensation once fixed @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp so extremely frustrated. Spent the last while talking to various help bots and a live agent. With no resolution. Sahe has a none issue and no time frame to a fix. And no management works on weekends? #corupt telecom.@CRTCeng

    Hate good customer support, signed up for internet with @ShawInfo . They will lie to you, extort you based on those lies, hang up on you when you are upset about this , ever other person will waste your time , mock you, and blame you . It was a really great 3hr experience.

    @Shawhelp my 80 and 84 year old parents have been screwed over by Shaw! They had a technician in to switch to Shaw internet Thursday evening and as they began their remote worship their "new" modem worked for 1/2 hour and went down. They have had no TV or wifi since then!
