Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. ๐คฌ

Both are 4 feet from the computer. I canโt tell if it is a @Shawhelp problem or an @Apple one. I have too much work to do to piss around with this BS

Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
