The first two were extremely rude and unhelpful and forced me on Google to look at prices for @TELUS.

Yesterday I got less than 1 Mbps download speed at one point & today 12.37. Makes video meetings a challenge. I am on the internet 300 plan. Iβve restarted my router several times. Any advice?

Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. π€¬
