I was offered an Engineer a day ago, so I need somebody to listen and not go through off the shelf advice. The problem is my Wifi is half of what it was.

We here at the Black Blaze Collective assume that either the @TheJusticeDept is once again trying to stop us, or that Rogers/Shaw also defends pedos. The most likely case is sheer incompetence given what we know about the structure within Rogers/Shaw, but our narrative sounds better. Indoctrination broadcasts will resume ASAP.

The auto log out feature every 10 minutes is brutal when you have to hold for support for at least hours. The only reason I stayed with Shaw is because you have had better support than Telus, historically.
