Yesterday I got less than 1 Mbps download speed at one point & today 12.37. Makes video meetings a challenge. I am on the internet 300 plan. I’ve restarted my router several times. Any advice?

Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. 🤬

Very poor user experience. Also there is no phone number provided. Shaw was way better.

OC_2030 (@oc_2030_vision) reported@Shawhelp Shaw used to have a wonderful feature on phone calls that gave us an estimate of our wait time and also allowed us to get a callback. WE REALLY miss this. Shaw (Calgary White Cowboy hats) seemed to be more 'customer focused' than Rogers (3 piece business suits) take care.
