Only solution seems to be @DAZN_CA but there’s nothing else on there I’d want to watch making the $20/mth a bit much to fork over.

If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

The 2nd technician said he was going to send me a label for Canada Post/UPS, both of which are far more accessible but he never did

Rogers doesn't want you to get any help from a human being - they want you to do everything online yourself despite the fact most tech problems can't be helped online. And the music sucks!
