    @Shawhelp my fiancee and I are moving from the basement suite to the ground level suite in the house that we live in. We are wondering if there is anything we'd need to do in order to have our cable service not interupted. (I CANNOT MISS THE HOCKEY THAT COMES BACK SOON!!)

    @Shawhelp @social 5) Your staff are selling a crappy new 3rd party service for a splash page. Via @aislelabs is a baby ๐Ÿ‘ถ corporate company that doesn't reply to tweets promptly. They have a terrible system. I spent 2 hours with a Shaw support staff. Still no Splash Page. I am baffled. Now??

    @SAndersonshpk @Shawhelp Been on shaw service chat 3 times in last month. CNN & AMC don't work... I pay for them. Internet upload rate drops well below 1mbps randomly about every 5 days (which stops me from doing a virtual classroom for teaching live online). Answer always reset all, and never works. ๐Ÿคฌ

    @Shawhelp It took a few minutes to get back. I checked the HDMI connection, the WiFi signal which was fine & turned the TV off & on again
