    @Shawhelp I think Canadian Mobile service providers need to get help from US service providers. They are succeeded in identifying scam callers. caller id says "scam call" 2/2

    Hate good customer support, signed up for internet with @ShawInfo . They will lie to you, extort you based on those lies, hang up on you when you are upset about this , ever other person will waste your time , mock you, and blame you . It was a really great 3hr experience.

    @PaulDoroshenko @Shawhelp If you want you can take the Ferry to Nanaimo their tech call centre is right there it’s probably faster than getting @shaw to help over the phone :-)

    @Shawhelp I have no ability to phone people or text people or connect to the internet thru my data. It started at the beginning of the day - about 8:00 am. I’m frustrated because it is difficult to get help on a device that has no cell service.
