    . @ShawInfo @Shawhelp two hours on hold on your stupid chat system because you shipped a modem to an address 15km away. No estimate on how much longer till someone answers the chat. Have a human supervisor call me. #CustomerService #terribleservice

    @Shawhelp We where waiting on the computer as well as a phone call for over three hours. We are currently back on with a rep but 3 hours? A complete joke and very disappointing. There is no excuse for this poor customer service.
