    @Shawhelp Shaw broke our contract by not providing service for a long period of time without compensation. Please chose another provider for Internet when making your decision

    10 days to get a service tech from @shaw @ShawInfo. 10 days with no internet. If your family needs internet every day of the week then you should consider another provider. #poorservice #internet #lookelsewhere

    @Shawhelp Outage in SW Calgary? Both of my TVs are out. Says to tighten cables but on both. Please check.
