    @Shawhelp I was just really disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of empathy from Shaw's end. I made sure to book this far in advance so my work and the money I use to pay for this service wasn't interrupted. Yet here we are.

    @Shawhelp myself and many others have booked technicians in Esquimalt yesterday due to weak signal, and randomly dropped connections. Please check on the Node asap! It cannot handle this many online I believe it’s overloaded.

    @Shawhelp Yeah… already been down that road. I’ve already beat my head against the wall for hours with no result. If you actually wanted my business you’d have figured out how to make things right long ago.

    @zephryus47 @ShawInfo I find Telus to have slower speeds, costs about the same but their customer service has been way more responsive than Shaw gave us.

    @Shawhelp Please check spruce grove alberta when you guys are back in. We had a huge power failure and now I have no service. I work from home and will need the wifi asap in the morning.

    @ShawInfo @TreeCanada I can hear your wifi. the blue curve modems are emitting something audible - not just device/electronics hum - the EMF is AUDIBLE. Like, bone resonance or something. Any place with Shaw modem has this issue. Needs to be addressed

    @Shawhelp tried to create a shaw ID. Keep getting server errors. Called in multiple times for help but help line says they can't do anything. What good is help of they can't help

    @Shawhelp My internet has been shutting off intermittently for a week every hour or so. I’m in Winnipeg and am hearing your upgrade the service. Why haven’t you communicated this to customers impacted by these repairs? This is absurd.
