    @Shawhelp okay, so I've been having internet connectivity issues in Beaumont. On two separate times I was told it was either my router or wifi interference. Just found out all my neighbors had this issue. It's happening at peak times during a heatwave. Is that a coincidence?

    @Shawhelp how about an option to shut your damn voice assistant off. Bad enough that you have to wait forever for some help. I don’t need to be reminded by how annoying your customer service is please and thank you

    @Shawhelp yea, I have a question, why the hell doesn't your service dept answer their damn phones (over 25 minutes on hold!!) or the email's submitted in via the website? NOT even a call back feature? Come On!

    @Shawhelp your agent Greta VBV5 literally just ended our chat ignorantly without letting me respond. I'm asking for sales support and this was just ignorant. I was a shaw customer for 5 years.
