    @Shawhelp 7hours and I still don't have internet. Contact the support snd tbey don't have any update nor an ETA on this. Who is going to compensate me on the hours of work I lost today?

    @Shawhelp @shawinfo @shawelp Just know your team charges me full price for data/calling/mms/SMS, when my data is faulty and MMs does not work at all. Tried to make me feel bad about asking why I am paying full price for a partial service that is taking 3+ weeks to solve.

    @Shawhelp I have a Gateway box and all of a sudden the timeline on recordings and for shows has disappeared so can't see how much I am fast forwarding. Also, the "Last" button on the remote doesn't work. Why is that?

    @Shawhelp I spoke to a customer service representative who said there was an outage in my building in Glenmore. Don't see it on the map but haven't had service in 3 hours.
