@Shawhelp The entirety of our business day has been severely affected by this outage. It’s unfortunate that, at 4:40 PM, there is still no resolution and our internet and phone lines are still down.

@Shawhelp internet outage since 5am this morning. @TELUSsupport 5G data running like 3G since this morning. Working from home has been the craziest adventure no thanks to these bum *** bums.

@xeviuss @ShawInfo It took months for them to fix mine. Got a large rebate on it too. Had to run my own router with the modem in bridge mode
