    @Shawhelp what's going on with the outage in the Lions Bay area. Our pvr box won't even power up, and the other boxes won't connect...I spoke to a tech, and he insisted I could watch tv (nope) and to call back after the outage...a tad bit frustrating!

    @Shawhelp Your technician didn't show up today either. Too bad I liked shaw! I might go with @TELUS if they can guarantee internet connection by today or tomorrow.

    @Shawhelp my blue curve app will not cast to my chrome cast. I can watch shows on my phone, but not on the tv? What’s the problem?

    @Shawhelp Outage in Drayton Valley how much longer? And don't give me the white wash talk. Be real and explain what's occurred and why it's taking so long to repair? Thank you

    @Shawhelp My service came back so I’m all good now. And when I was able to see my router on my app I just reset it to be safe
