    @Shawhelp My dvr skips constantly when playing back recorded shows. I have contacted support and reset the box multiple times. It's still not working but there is noone on the chat line today to help

    @Shawhelp Is there any further update? The outage page hasn’t been updated in ages and the BC Hydro outage is long fixed. Get your act together.
