@TELUSsupport how long should I wait to get an answer back. You're disappointed me. Let's see if something happen if not @ShawInfo wait for me. Telus is good quality service and poor customer service.

Has anyone found their @Shawhelp @ShawInfo internet to be quite slow? I asked about the performance issues and they said I could pay more to get a better speed...which begs why they sold me on an inferior product...

@Shawhelp It’s back now. Any idea what would be driving sporadic outages? My Google home router app is saying that it’s the internet that was down, not the router , but modem shows all green lights
