    @ShawInfo pay attention. Your way of dealing w unhappy customers is to lock them in to 2yr contracts or pay sky high rates. Why not just improve service

    Buying a house and moving is stressful enough! But when the new @Shawhelp internet doesn’t work as first told its almost a breaking point. By the time I finished venting in a DM, the amazing service person had fixed everything and I had internet!!! @netflix here I come! Thx Shaw

    @Shawhelp Issues you never respond to 2 - why is there continuous poor sound quality on BBC and MSNBC (breaks up at frequent intervals). This is what I want to complain about.

    Already regretting going with @ShawInfo for internet. Currently tracking to be over a month to get connected. I'll have received two bills before I get any service. And they're already calling to sell me a more expensive option.

    @Shawhelp The BBC World listings have been hit and miss for weeks, and that show in particular is missing in your directory this weekend and next, while the listings on that Vancouver Sun site are accurate. So there's definitely an issue here; they're getting accurate info, you're not.

    I’m tired of waiting on hold @Shawhelp. I’ve already talked to an agent to let them know I’m cancelling my service. There is really no need to transfer me to “the loyalty department” to complete this cancellation request. This is very poor customer service.
