    Honestly @ShawInfo customer service is the worst ever. I have 3 days trying to improve the internet and nobody answer.

    @Shawhelp Any issues in Nanaimo? I had heard of people having issues overnight on and off and I’ve just lost connectivity myself. I can ping out to addresses but very little is working properly

    @ShawInfo pay attention. Your way of dealing w unhappy customers is to lock them in to 2yr contracts or pay sky high rates. Why not just improve service

    Buying a house and moving is stressful enough! But when the new @Shawhelp internet doesn’t work as first told its almost a breaking point. By the time I finished venting in a DM, the amazing service person had fixed everything and I had internet!!! @netflix here I come! Thx Shaw

    @Shawhelp and i called cancellations today because its been so draining to deal with and the rep lied to my face and told me that Telus cancelled their $85/2y gigabit deal. And then offered me 10mb for $50 saying it would be plenty fast enough for my needs..... its pretty poor

    @Shawhelp Yes I have the Hitron, and maybe the bluecurve wifi has better range but that is very different from telling a customer that the new 300 has a new cable and is faster, you are not installing fibre to the home.

    @ShawInfo my Shaw service has been absolutely horrible over the past month. BlueSky TV is garbage. My system needs to be restarted nearly every second day and my internet crashes daily at different times. Ever since I’ve upgraded to Internet 600 and BlueSky it’s been problematic.
