    @ShawInfo pay attention. Your way of dealing w unhappy customers is to lock them in to 2yr contracts or pay sky high rates. Why not just improve service

    Buying a house and moving is stressful enough! But when the new @Shawhelp internet doesn’t work as first told its almost a breaking point. By the time I finished venting in a DM, the amazing service person had fixed everything and I had internet!!! @netflix here I come! Thx Shaw

    @Shawhelp i noticed a few people in social media complaining about internet speed today...my 150 is always slow but really slow today. Is there an issue somewhere?

    @boeserfan06 @ShawInfo The service that Shaw provides is a commodity. That means that it is the same product other companies provide. I can track my deliveries regardless of if I’m using Shaw, Sasktel, Bell, or whoever.

    @Shawhelp reduced my wait for service appointment by 1 day to 5 day wait. Gee thanks, the power of social media. Still too long to have to wait for service in my opinion.

    @Shawhelp I pay $230 a month for service. Service broke yesterday and told I have to wait 6days for a tech appointment to try and fix service. In Vancouver. Very disappointing.
