    @LoudMthBrownGrl @Shawhelp I'm having the same issues with a couple of channels such as Slice. Completely jumbled up, picture is broken with pixels and other images. At times completely unwatchable. I've done a box reset. What's going on?

    hey @Shawhelp ? I just rebooted my box and the cable on channels 54, 9, and 57 are scratchy AF again, can y'all help? it's definitely not the box, just rebooted EVERYTHING

    I did as you said and took My old PVR to @ShawInfo in the Driftwood mall. I waited for a label and was told to go wait in another line up at 👇 @canadapostcorp Why can't you do the work. Not make the customer do it. Get more storage 🇨🇦

    @Shawhelp messaging on behalf of my parents in Penticton. Cable out, second time in the past two weeks. ETA? They are not happy customers, especially since their bill went up $20 a month. Paying for service they’re not receiving.

    @Shawhelp I called regarding an internet issue. It was determined that there is noise on the line, and a technician would need to be sent out. I was told I would receive a call when your ability to schedule a technician was restored. It’s been over 24 hrs and no call. Ya’ll ok?

    @k3yj @Shawhelp it's the shaw signal but rather than actually fix it they just tell us to reboot the box. Very annoying.
