Have had slow Shaw forever, phoned multiple times and they never helped. Finally got a good guy on the line. Just put a paperclip in the reset hole on the back of the modem for a minute to factory reset. Went from 41 MBps to 280 . Thanks @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp ... your payment system charged me 680 bucks on top of what I paid to your rep over chat .. now I have to deal with the headache of canceling charges with them. If your payment system is down just say its down instead of attempting to take it 4 times

@Shawhelp Seriously, contacted them earlier about our cable going out, they said we'll look into it and then nothing until the good night folks. That's great customer service. If I did that at work I would be fired!

@ShawInfo @Shawhelp is failing completely at service right now. I have spent double the time waiting on hold than they said it would be, and the chat function responds in 10-minute gaps...I don't think they want to keep customers...
