@Shawhelp I just wasted 30 minutes with chat support trying to resolve a problem with my account. I can't add Shaw Go Wifi devices-I receive an error message. My old devices do not appear.

Can't wait for @TELUSsupport to get Fibre into our neighbourhood. This @Shawhelp "Fake Fibre" is terrible on a night -- might as well be on a dial up modem.

This is the first time @ShawInfo has not been able to provide me with a deal good enough to stay with them for internet service. It's time to give @TELUS a try for a couple of years.
