  So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

  @Shawhelp Really frustrated with Shaw support. Internet outage since Monday. We had a technician come over today who said someone else will have to come for a service call to check something else. No message or update about how long it’ll take. Day 3 of work from home affected!!

  @Shawhelp I understand and I don’t need a support article but if I’m paying for NHL Center Ice and TSN4K I should receive the 4K broadcast and not the TSN4 **** 720p broadcast
