    So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

    ...problem is the word for last hour was "duty", now I may be too drunk to keep playing today. When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

    @ShawInfo after numerous attempts trying to get my refund cheque for almost 2 years now, I still never received a cheque, and today was told to go in person to an address that no employee even works at to see if anything can be done. Terrible customer service on your part.

    @Shawhelp Not only resolved confusion but was able to upgrade internet plus get on a new plan while saving a few bucks. So a classic situation of initial trouble yielding a great result. Thx.

    @Shawhelp been getting horrific lag/ping in a lot of games on and off for the past few weeks, as of late has been consistently bad no matter what time of day I play. "Tech support" chat and phone seem to think I'm talking about speed and tell me to "buy a better cable". 🙄

    @Shawhelp Have done that in the past. It really doesn’t help. Pretty frustrating. You just say speed varies due to various factors.

    @Shawhelp Re-booted 4 times. Was on with Tech-support chat. Went through the whole process. Disconnected only to have a new guy want to start over. Still not working. Off for 10 days holidays. When we return, switching to Telus.
