    So it seems @ShawInfo is still unable to figure out what's broken on the network in the Shuswap. Our cable boxes are stuck on MSNBC & the 2nd impeachment. Since I can't change channels, going on 3 days now, I invented a drinking game, each hour's secret word you drink a shot!

    ...problem is the word for last hour was "duty", now I may be too drunk to keep playing today. When congress reconvenes i hope the trigger word is more obscure..... @Shawhelp claims crewmembers are working on the issue.... its been over 2 weeks with nothing getting fixed.

    @Shawhelp Come out when I know the issue and can deal with it myself, but I will get in a Que line, be dropped 4 times like I have in the last month, get frustrated and still not have my issue solved. It's the same reason I didn't have Internet on my birthday.

    @ShawInfo once again crappy Shaw modem is not working. Tech looked at it a while back, gave us a “refurbished” POS and once again it’s not working

    Anyone else having issues with Shaw Mobile today? Out in Canmore and have Lost all phone use. Seemed to have entered the twilight zone with @Shawhelp .

    @Shawhelp NO. Because every time I do that, and it's been multiple times now, I get the run around and then a "there's nothing they're going to do" anyway. Just a waste of my time. And that's after escalation. So NO. As soon as my contact is up you've lost me as a customer for good.

    @Shawhelp Currently using another provider’s service. Two technicians and a cable repair person have tried to fix it but no luck. Tech today referred it back to cable repair again today. I said I need the internet home phone and wifi
