    @Shawhelp very strange problem right now. I'm watching Highway Thru Hell and the background music is on so I know my volume is working, but I'm not getting any of the conversation nor the narrator. The commercials are working perfectly 🙄

    @Shawhelp Recorded shows are crackled with voices and have to pause show and start again to get back to voice and lips in sync. Never had that before. Ugh.

    @Shawhelp are you having issues in Millwoods area? Twice in last 20 minutes I was disconnected. Rebooted our gateway.

    So @shawhelp I see the pixelation that Shaw was so insistent was a problem at my house that they sent a tech...a tech who then told me it is a known problem with Comcast's service/equipment and nothing to do with me at all...is returning.

    @Shawhelp I've been having this issue quite frequently this year. Not sure if it's normal, but I shouldn't have to be having this issue this frequent. Poor service, having to reboot moden up to 3 times a day at times is not what I pay for.

    Called @Shawhelp today to see about getting a new modem mailed to us since ours is old & we've been having slow wifi for weeks. But of course, while talking to them, speeds were fine & the guy said I'd have to upgrade my plan to get a new one. -__-

    @Shawhelp It seems like I'm not the only one. There's a bunch of us tow truck operator fans tweeting back and forth and they have problems as well. It is so strange that we are getting the background music fine, just no voices. I don't think Shaw is the problem...

    @Shawhelp your customer service is terrible. Being told later today, 24 hours, now 48 hours. Writing to the BBB about this. I want out of my contract. You are not upholding your end of it.
