@Shawhelp @DeanEdmonton Seems MANY have issues. Are there any issues showing up on the network that you can see? Inside Shaw doesnt seem nearly as bad as say a connection to California. WAY SLOW

@Shawhelp pretty sure you can't help since it's affected more than one customer. PVR playback is fine. Channels are gone.

@oiler_country @Shawhelp Havent checked regular TV but it is too slow for Netflix or Prime to work. They both give network errors.

@fiacc @Shawhelp well the thing is technically it's not an outage as it's still working... it's just we are getting unusable download speeds of 1.7mbps rather than the ~100-600mbps we are paying for.
