@ShawInfo hey so my service has been very spotty lately. Actual connection dropouts that outright shouldn't be happening. The phone support has been useless to help find a fix. And one time just hung up on me. I expect better out of Shaw.

@Shawhelp Update they responded. After 25 minutes the person didn't even understand the issue and repeated the same FAQ answer back to me. For $200 a month maybe it's time for me to look elsewhere
