    @JulieRohrYEG @Shaybeerta @ShawInfo If you are close to the router you want to use the 5 ghz wifi band. Further away, the 2.4 ghz band. Android phones have an app to test signal strength around your house.

    @Shawhelp @ziegler__c TRY! to help. SMH. Somebody is in danger and you'll try to help. Your company literally has control over the person's services and you have the resources to move a mountain to make sure your customers are safe. But, please just try to help.

    @JulieRohrYEG @ShawInfo 1/ Is the signal boosting for wifi? If so, signal boosting extends the reach of a signal. Signal boosting won't help w/ poor service coming into a home. Shaw runs feed lines to neighborhood connection points. Subscriber lines are run from the connection point to a person's home.
