    Good ol' @shawinfo. @Shawhelp is a complete misnomer. I don't know where I'll be next month, never mind two years from now. Shaw viciously pursues payment for all remaining months in a contract even if they can no longer provide service. Therefore... 1/

    @Shawhelp Thompson Manitoba has been experiencing network problems for over a week now. With kids going back to online learning, this is not acceptable. So much for taking care of your customers.

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw, I got 4 mobile lines and on my first invoice you charged me $5/line not mentioned at time of signup and not mentioned on the contract you send me, not faire, no transparent, please help with this issue!

    @Shawhelp it appears that the porn spams and other spams are invading Shaw webmail again. I already have all of my filters set in Webmail, yet I'm having to report upwards of 20 of these stupid spam messages per day.

    @Shawhelp Looks like it dipped out for about 10 mins then was back. This issue is unsettling since I run livestreams from my home

    Took me 37:02 on the phone to cancel my service -- the vast majority of it on hold. Two different employees asked my reasons for cancelling etc, but couldn't help. Oh, and the on-hold music cuts in and out with static. Just a real class organization, @ShawInfo. #slowclap

    @Shawhelp It's been more than 1 month. I have been struggling with the Shaw internet. Not sure if you know ppl do work from home these days and it affects my job. How can I escalate this issue & if u r unable to fix pls let me know & void the contract. Isn't it that simple??
