    @Shawhelp hi- I'm having issues with a specific show playing my PVR recording through the blue curve app. Tried multiple devices, deleted and resinstalled the app and it keeps freezing 3 mins in and I can fast forward past but the picture remains frozen.

    @Shawhelp I’m not interested in DM’s. The outage was identified yesterday and the last update was yesterday evening at 6pm- I’m still waiting for a more recent update. All the Shaw customers in the Boundary area deserve better.

    @Shawhelp This is a joke. Terrible service. I called to give YOU more money and now I’m being told I will have NO INTERNET FOR A WEEK. Not okay. You need to fix what you broke.

    @Shawhelp I had working internet an hour ago. Called to upgrade my service and now I have no internet and am being told no one can come help until August 13. This is unacceptable. I work from home. I cannot be without internet for a week, or even a day.

    @ltritsch1 @Shawhelp Instead of always asking for direct private messages, wouldn’t it provide better information to your customers to share this information in a public tweet? I too am interested in the exact boundaries of the outage. This effects where I can shop as debit is down.

    @jennstahn @Shawhelp Aberdeen area? Curious how localized it is. Definitely similar time, and not local to my equipment, or obviously yours. @Shawhelp has an outage but wants to treat customers as if they don't know how to do the same 3 steps they've been telling people for 20 years.
