    @Shawhelp @Venkman1701 I'm looking for open information about what is going on. Shaw is going down regularly across the country right now and the information posted about outages doesn't cover it. What I want to know is why shaw is not communicating what is happening. Calling Shaw ends up without help

    @Shawhelp No. No its not. Tried twice and both times I get the recording to call back during business hours. Tried chat help and they were closed too. No worries, Telus is offering us deal now anyway. Thanks.

    @ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus

    @Shawhelp A shaw vehicle is idling on the side Shorewood Dr for over 40min right now. It smells awful, is noisy, and and contributes to carbon emissions.
