What I want to know is why shaw is not communicating what is happening. Calling Shaw ends up without help

@ShawInfo I am now on day 4 in a row of no home services. According to your agents it is due to an “Outage” with no ETA that there is no mention of on your site. I don’t feel any closer to having Internet back on day 4 as I did on day 1. Unacceptable. #its2022 #choosetelus
