    @Shawhelp shaw may give you a deal for 2 years, but the real nightmare starts after 2 years if you discontinue with them. They armtwist, harass you to earn some more from you. And the customer service is most unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. Beware buyers!

    @Shawhelp are there outage issues in Sylvan Lake? Our landline (yeah yeah we still have one) says No Line and our internet is dropping. I work from home so this is a bit of an issue. Tried restarting the WiFi router already about 45 mins ago

    @Shawhelp Is there an outage in Winnipeg? Bluecurve tv is down and modem light is currently red.

    @Shawhelp The Shaw support page claims the Red Deer area outage is resolved, but even power cycling the modem won't bring it back online.
