    @Shawhelp @shaw Did you know your internet is absolutely terrible and any customer still using it should switch? From my testings you have worse internet speeds than a public connection at Walmart! Crazy right?

    Would have been really nice to get some kind of notice about the overnight service outage of wifi, phone, and tv that's supposed to go from 10pm-6am @Shawhelp.

    @LesIsMore1 @Shawhelp @TELUSsupport I’m all about Shaw. In my area, their options for service are superior, and I’ve had nothing but great luck with them for 5 years now. Any issue I had support was always fast via online chat

    Hey, @Shawhelp, can you either put me into the “restart my modem” queue, or put me in touch with someone who can help, please? I’ve done all the rebooting, resetting, and restarting, and I have no internet connection via my Gateway. Again.

    @Shawhelp It is always "the problem is out in the hub" or node or whatever is the entry point to the neighbourhood... and ask us to keep calling so they can come out and SAY THE SAME THING...

    @TSNCurling @Shawhelp discovered this morning no #STOH2022 recorded, thanks Shaw for screwing up the guide, able to record as a series until yesterday and now I have to manually record every draw from now on, #bluesky sucks

    @Shawhelp we've had random, intermittent connection losses that last 15 seconds to 30 minutes for about six weeks. A Shaw tech came and checked our stuff, said our hardware & cabling is fine. I recently upgraded to fiber hoping it might help (it didn't) & it's no faster.
