So I get a call from @ShawInfo today. Contract is expiring. I agree to a new faster plan and an increase in cost. Old plan ends and new plan starts the moment I get the new router plugged in. It’ll be delivered in 3-5 days. Thank the nice lady and hang up./1

Had to unplug the modem and the tv box again after a brief outage of @shawhelp internet. Imagine if I charged them $170/month for a car that stoped working randomly 9-20 times a month, they had to unhook the battery every time even if it was a flat tire. Garbage product.

Extremely disappointed with Shaw service. I don't have internet for >24 hrs. I had to take unpaid leave work from home as no internet. I have medical emergencies overseas I cannot coordinate. And @Shawhelp only plays a recorded message they r working. 1/2
