@ShawInfo I got this information from two separate support chat agents. I didn’t believe the first one could be correct (only 3?) so I tried again. So the source of info was Shaw.

@ShawInfo why can’t SHAW fix the BlueCurve issues? These issues in the backend (on the Cloud) have been going on for months and SHAW can’t fix. Every time I call support, I must escalate and waste hours of my valuable time. Should I just move to Telus????

@Shawhelp Will this ever be fixed? Believe had problems since March, when I moved to BlueCurve. Support told me 2 weeks ago they needed specific details of problem and they would call me back. Still waiting for their call back and when I call them, more promises but no call back
