Contacted customer service many times, said I should be receiving it. No you can't blame Canada Post as my Shaw Internet bill was delivered just fine during the same time.

Then tell you that you that you then need to pay off the entire account to restore services. Wow is all I can say now. @Shawhelp was a great service 10 years ago but now it’s not
