    @ShawDirect @Shawhelp I just tried to call you about a billing issue and was told the current wait time was 1 minute. 15 mins later I gave up. You used to have great customer service, what happened? Also, billing issue is not resolved.

    @Shawhelp any confirmed outages in the Edmonton/LaPerle area? Resets of all equipment yielded no results, been down for about 20 minutes.

    @AnnaGHughes @Shawhelp It took me months to get them to replace a faulty box. Everytime I called to complain they made me go through a crap load of tech tests like I got nothing better to do than their job. It's work for two seconds and they'd bail. No comp for all that time with crap service either.
