    @Shawhelp The problem is not with WiFi. It is a lack of mobile signal. It's really weak, and never connects at 4G speeds as your coverage map indicates.

    hey @Shawhelp is there an outage in the MacEwan area of Edmonton? My wifi went down about 15 minutes ago, I've restarted my router and it's still down.

    Our @Shawhelp PVR is terrible. Anything we watch in playback does nothing but skip and cut out. What's the point in having a PVR if everything we record is completely UNWATCHABLE?!
