I contacted @ShawInfo yesterday to tell them my internet was so bad it was dropping zoom calls. They upgraded me to a way better internet for the same price I’m paying now and my new modem arrived today already. 1 day turnaround. Credit where it’s due for sure.

I’m at a loss in what to do with my suffering @ShawInfo internet service. Perhaps I didn’t praise it enough when it worked flawlessly during the pandemic but over the last week, area slowdowns, outages & really no answers from @Shawhelp except that they are sorry for the issue.

@ShawInfo @downiewenjack Indigenous business owner here. This summer you made my dad pay $15k(half your expenses) to service our homes and business with ground work infrastructure on reserve. Will the talks today be addressing that unless you have $15k you may not have internet on reserve?

@jenniferelle_ @ShawInfo Shaw has been a pretty good company to deal with. Hoping the Rogers deal to buy them doesn't happen cause their customer service will fall apart and of course your internet will be dropped all the time. Rogers- we're not happy till you're not happy.

@5pinwinnipeg @RaquelH_07 @Shawhelp Same problem here. Really frustrating, 4K becomes 100p, black screen, skipping 20 seconds of footage at a time, cutting out completely with regularity. Awesome quality of service.
