    @Shawhelp I've been through all of that. Even the tech said he was the last effort. They all gave me the "reasons" why it drops that low but did "everything they could". I understand it's "up to 1000mbs" but it keeps going down to this or even LOWER.....and I'm by myself watching a movie!

    @Shawhelp No, this is much more than an isolated issue. It’s been the last couple of weeks & is getting worse. Even delays/skipping on recorded programs.

    @Shawhelp @Cdnwatcher @Shawhelp your website never shows outages! We are in Langley and we& neighbors are having issues with Shaw cutting in and out. So frustrating

    @Shawhelp channels keep cutting in and out. This is a super common problem with Shaw that never seems to get fixed. Before you ask, yes, I did unplug and reset as I always do. I am still waiting to chat with an agent. #notgood #badservice

    @Shawhelp @swill7 Does this include audio issues...been experiencing it on and off for the last few weeks... Today was especially bad... 3-4 times within an hour!

    @Shawhelp your website doesn't show any outage. I too was having issues with Shaw cutting in and out. I just reset my box by unplugging 30 sec and now it's fixed. This is the type of help that would be appreciated.
