    @Shawhelp Really? That's not at all what you did when I was having the issues. Not only did you not ensure it was resolved you went ahead taking full payment every month knowing I was having issues since I kept calling and tweeting at the time. And no appointment was needed only a new box.

    @kenmnichols @Shawhelp I unplugged my box and the coaxial cable and it started working again with clear picture. Just sucks to have to do that in the middle of these games. πŸ‘Ž

    Hey @Shawhelp, what's the point of signing up for eBill if all your service does is send out notification that a bill is available for viewing online? Why not just take that one extra step and actually SEND the bill as a PDF?
