    @kirst_alyssa I find it not much different than the Telus I recently switched from ... EXCEPT @Shawhelp @ShawInfo sold me #FIBRE300.. and did NOT install fibre equipment in my home.. It's COAX, not Fibre. And I never get CLOSE to 300.

    @ShawInfo Shaw handles discrimination and prejudice from their employees towards customers by just paying lip service but not actually doing anything about right.

    @Shawhelp Wifi down and was told by your customer service that an old modem was put in by Shaw. My debit machine won't work until a technician comes to update your old modem. Why am I having a hard time getting confirmation as to when they are coming????

    @Shawhelp Why is service so spotty on bear mountain in Victoria? I can’t remember a day where our internet hasn’t kicked out. No wonder Telus is taking market share here.

    @Shawhelp @MikolWelham We complain and nothing is done. I mentioned the speed (or lack thereof) of my newer cable box, and nothing was done. You come off like a caring company in public, but privately you’re socking it to us and not giving good customer service. 😡

    Been on hold with @ShawInfo for 45 minutes, unbelievably poor customer service, have heard numerous ads for #shawmobile, why would anyone sign up for such crap?? Can we not get more options besides telus or shaw?

    @Shawhelp For anyone seeing this. If you get a text like this and you reply to this text, they don’t actually do anything. You just get a generic apology but no real action or solution.
