@Shawhelp Been down that route already this last month. All I hear is more “sorry our techs are working on it” and “ we’ve sent an email out to them to get back to you”. Time and time again. Still nothing.

@Shawhelp My family has been dealing with issues from you for over 2 months, we have had 5-10 service members out to bandaid the problem. Obviously we still have issues as the problem is not being addressed. Replacing a router won’t fix a faulty underground line in our area…

@ShawInfo What the f**k are you talking about, you guys can’t even provide the basic service we all pay for. You rip customers off every day. If you cant provide the service there needs to be reimbursement for every time you can’t. Imagine getting in your car and it only works sometimes

Dustin (@DPernitsky) reported
@Shawhelp I’ve reset it multiple times, probably at least once a week and the problem persists.

@Shawhelp This is an ongoing issue that I have experienced as well. Also sometimes the sound if off for the recordings if they even work as well. Also I am not finding any info on an outage but my service is not working- not exactly sure why I switched to bluecurve. No WiFi = no tv...
