    @shawhelp the worst service ever. I'm paying for premium service and I'm not even getting the lowest level. 50 or 60 mb/sec when it should be 1000. I just want a refund for not getting what I've been paying for. 180 per month. very poor service and even worse customer service.

    @Shawhelp I need some escalation assistance with a mobile account problem that 3 phone calls and a visit to a store haven't seemed to help. I want to give Shaw more money but it seems Shaw doesn't want to take it. Who can I contact?

    @Shawhelp I called regarding an internet issue. It was determined that there is noise on the line, and a technician would need to be sent out. I was told I would receive a call when your ability to schedule a technician was restored. It’s been over 24 hrs and no call. Ya’ll ok?

    @Shawhelp Is anybody working to fix the internet for those of us in T5P? I see there’s already other tweets about this. Epcor had a pole fire that took out the power for a couple of hours and I suspect it took out the cable as well. How much longer am I going to be without?
