    Omg dealing with @Shawhelp is awful. No customer service. Problem still not solved after many attempts. So how is Telus?

    @Shawhelp That’s not helpful when the outage happens and it takes 6 hours to update your website. Oh and btw your website still shows there’s an outage even tho the issue is now resolved. Great work 👍 very impressed.
