@Shawhelp @SIMRETDHILLON Today is the first workday of the year and with folks, working from home would be nice to have one more update on this. Last night when I spoke to the customer service agent they did say the fix is going to be longer than usual as a fiber line was cut. Please post a ETA

@Shawhelp Planned outage we were not informed about it looks like. Was 24 hours in North Vancouver yesterday. Is that what we can expect? I'll switch to Telus but fire that happens.
