@ShawInfo Shaw came out to fix my neighbours internet yesterday and knocked out my internet in the process. No I’m getting the run around and the soonest a tech can come out is the 6th. Family needs the internet for work what a joke this company is. Telus what says you?

@saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

My Internet was suspended causing me interruptions. @ShawInfo I am very upset with this, I was on with tech support for 3 hours last night trying to get this issue solved, phone now and get told oh u hit the wrong switch. this has become the worse service ive ever had with shaw
