Get this… I tried to call @ShawInfo to cancel Paul JR’s internet because he won’t be moving back to his apartment. They want a $300 cancellation fee and his past due balance of $117 paid or they’ll continue to bill him the full amount of $115/mth for a service he can’t use

@Shawhelp Any idea why upstairs HDPVR isn't receiving Knowledge Network (channel 10 in our area), but downstairs PVR is receiving it just fine? Tried refreshing channel listings already through the app, but it didn't fix the issue.
