@YouTravel @Shawhelp Same here Ursula. We’ve had terrible service from Shaw. Switching to a different provider as soon as humanly possible. 😠

@adhall_nz @IsForAt I wish we had that in Canada. The last time I cancelled my @Shawhelp account I spent nearly 40 minutes on hold listening to a repeating message about how I wouldn't have to wait on hold if I used their website, the same website that doesn't have an option to cancel accounts.

Hey @Shawhelp - why does my connection in Deep Cove constantly drop out? I can't see evidence of it loosing sync on the modem, just complete outage of internet as if a gateway has failed.

Is there even a more sleazy or dispicable company than @ShawInfo ? Advertising “Hybrid” Fibre that’s not even Fiber to your door at infalted prices. Forced to jack up your Internet rates because you failed to adapt to your customer needs. #byefelicia

@trishlaw55 @Shawhelp No it’s still not working. Apparently it has something to do with an iOS update and they are working on it? I checked with Shaw again on Nov 13 and the Tech wasn’t aware of the problem so I don’t think it’s a priority.

@Shawhelp They’re useless - I’ve been trying to get his tv fixed for six weeks and they finally sent a technician - through several calls they never said he needed a new package - I shouldn’t have to deal with them again. Ineffective and inefficient - but I guess y’all are paid by the hour
