    @Shawhelp The site keeps hanging. I get an error saying to wait or close the site. It’s slow as heck. The site shows an error saying it can’t pull up billing information. Shows a $0 balance when it’s not.

    .@ShawInfo You are blocking my personal emails to any Shaw email customer. How do I change this? I sent a simple email with an inoffensive graphic, and it triggered some sort of block.

    @Shawhelp being on hold for 3 hours so far is quite ridiculous (2 days in a row now). At this point i’m about to dispute charges w my bank. Why is your customer service impossible to contact?

    @slackerman10 @Shawhelp Any company (telcos, banks, util, etc) whose phone line REGULARLY says “we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes” is just short-staffing. They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly
