    My 2 year contract with @ShawHelp is about to expire, and they have been harassing me to sign another 2 year contract with no incentive for me. Every time they call I tell them not to call again, but they keep calling at least weekly. What a terrible way to treat a customer.

    @ShawInfo so frustrating, day 3 of no internet. Makes working from home so difficult. Do you think I should be using my personal data, when I pay for home internet? Need a better fix than just “restarting the modem”.

    @heidenreichphil @Shawhelp It was a card they needed to replace and they didn't have any on site. A new one had to be shipped from a different city to replace it. Hence why the MANY hours of horrible service Gotta love how Shaw handles their business

    @Shawhelp It's one of the most convincing phishing emails I've ever received. Down to how the look and feel of the email, and how the website are designed. Usually phishing stuff is easier to notice. The stuff I noticed is only because I'm super tech savvy. Scary.

    @Shawhelp It's now been three straight weeks where we've had an outage at some point in the day. Can't believe what I'm paying for this service, and I'm losing money on the other end because I can't work from home without it.
