    Ordered Home Internet from Shaw Last Monday. It supposed to take 2 days. Got the modem on Sunday and guess what! it wasn't worked! they said they will send a technician on Wednesday! (10 days later!) Worst support and experience ever, DO NOT GO WITH SHAW @ShawInfo @Shawhelp

    @shawhelp For last 2 weeks, most days there is a 1-2 hr window from about 10am-12pm where my internet and cable goes out for 5-10 mins for 1-3 times before its fine until the next day. Quite consistent. Doesn't happen on weekends but always when I am working from home. Please fix

    @Shawhelp Thanks for the offer but I have zero faith in your organizational capacity to serve customers. I spent 71 minutes on the phone. Got locked into a 24 month contract that costs $11/month more for same services. Can you fix that?

    You know what REALLY ******* sucks? When your idiot upstairs neighbors flood your home... for the SECOND time him less than a year. And it knocks out the internet which you need to work. And @Shawhelp can’t send someone for a WEEK

    I asked @Shawhelp if there was an option for service that didn't include up to $480 in early cancellation fees. Mentioning that my grandmother is 95. None were presented. Apparently they'd be so expensive its not even worth looking it up.
