    @ShawInfo how to you show your phone number it seems that when i call someone it always says “unknown” used the *87 *77 function doesnt seem to help

    @TELUSsupport Telus just installed modem to start internet & cell service. Was told old service at @shawinfo was not stopped & they'd charge $210 to cancel. @Bell.ca also said they'd not stopped service, but unlike Shaw, Bell honored our agreement not to charge me cancelation.

    @Shawhelp Yes, the original one stopped working after two days. Fortunately I hadn’t sent my old one back yet so we reconnected that until the service call today. The new one is all set up and seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed there’s no more problems.

    @ShawInfo very bad service at Shaw today. Waited 70 minutes on the phone and then went to store to switch modem and was told I need a service ticket or I couldn't be helped. Not happy with Shaw #shaw

    @Shawhelp I am trying to add service (i.e. give you more money) and your online chat and phone support are making it really hard and frustrating. On hold for 26 mins. On both phone and online chat. Wtf

    @Shawhelp I have been experienced sudden signal loss for awhile now. I just noticed it on a music channel and the last few days it does it while watching a show, whether recorded or not, the screen suddenly goes blank with no sound. If a recording I go back & nothing was lost.
