@ShawInfo @Shawhelp Hi there, you canceled your tech appt this am an hour after they were supposed to be here and after an hour plus with different people in Support the earliest reschedule is 4 days from now, no internet etc...#move booked long time ago, #nothappy #Shaw

I would love to get rid of my house phone but our cell reception is so bad in my area that calls drop when I enter my neighbourhood. @Telus told me years ago when I had a cellphone with them, that this was my problem, which is one reason we switched to @ShawInfo. Rude. (2)

Big shout out to #shawcable for great customer service and prompt installation. After 3+ hours of hold time and total lack of service or response from @TELUS over 3 weeks, @shawinfo had our internet for work up and running in less than 24 hours from first call to job complete.

@Shawhelp Here’s an update for everyone reading this: agent kept ignoring the fact that it’s on Shaw’s side and kept trying to make me do all the usual troubleshooting. I got the wifi to work myself but again, the ethernet is still not working.

@Shawhelp When I called, they said there’s an “outage” in our area and she’s seeing others disconnecting around the same time as us. It’s just Shaw crippling our internet cause they want to. Literally as soon as I called about it, the light went back to white.
