    I love when @Shawhelp has random outages before their scheduled maintenance outages. But since I’m not technically a Roger’s customer, their customer service can’t help/notify of the outage 🙄

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @Shawhelp Well I guess your app guys heard everybody yelling at them. They just released another update - and this one works. But #getitrightthe1sttime and save yourself trouble.

    @Shawhelp There was no known outage. My mo-... *sob* my modem reached the end of it's lifecycle. It died doing it's duty; providing me with high speed internet access both via internet and Wi-Fi. *sob* I am forever grateful for its service and will cherish the memories we made.

    @Shawhelp Still down. Trying a refresh of TVs. Prefer not to reboot xb7 as it takes down all of my security cams for 20 minutes

    @Shawhelp No. It looks like someone found the issue when they came back to work on Monday … next time, please just have someone go to a TV and check for me please. Sometimes the easy way can be easy …
