  @Shawhelp did you know your back end team has been “aware” of this modem provisioning issue for over a week? Are they still going to fix this “asap”? I guess it takes at least 6 days of a service outage to admit there’s a problem

  @Shawhelp Hey are you guys having an outage tonight. None of my tv work. Wtf is going on. I tried online but nothing is working. You guys don’t have 24hr customer service. Is this a joke.
