@Shawhelp Thank you! @Telus technician is finally here - 37 hours later….@Shawhelp you will be gaining some new customers. There are 3 homes that have been without service and if we’d been Shaw customers we would have had our service restored in a timely manner.

@Shawhelp Thank you for your reply, Kyle. I have to say my patience is wearing very thin, considering this is just one of many problems I’ve had since switching (not by choice) to blue curve. Let’s hope at least this can be fixed before the next game.

@Shawhelp I asked earlier this week why the TSN 4K channel keeps cutting out at exactly 8PM (MST) time for the World Junior games. The response I got was that it was a TSN issue. I checked with TSN and they are broadcasting the games in full in 4K until the end of each game.

Way to go @ABCNetwork @kxly4news. You cut away from the LSU vs Purdue Bowl Game for a paid hour long infomercial from RoboCutter. At least that’s how we are seeing it in Canada. Maybe it’s a @ShawInfo issue but regardless it’s a New Years FAIL

@Shawhelp for some reason I am hooked up for the Oilers Games but I don’t get them as I am paying for sportsnet 205, 206 and 209. I called for help but he’s in Ont and doesn’t understand what I’m asking for!?! Can you help!?! The last person I spoke to was in the Caribbean!?!
