    The service at #Shaw is actually getting worse - and we're a biz client with 3 accounts. Since Friday we've spent 14.5 hrs on the phone. Calls drop. Cannot reconnect. Four different reps have promised to call back - none have. Anyone else finding this? @Shawhelp @ShawInfo

    @Shawhelp some days the ping to the west coast servers become the better option so its never consistent
