Heldy (@HeldyCarvalho) reported@Shawhelp @Rogers @RogersHelps I have been with Shaw 10+ years. They used to use automatic card updating services that update expiry dates automatically. Rogers does not use that. Does not notify users. Just charges them $70. At least tell users that service is removed.

Jasmine Kaur G (@jgarcha) reportedThe service from @Shawhelp has gone downhill since @Rogers took over. Tired of the increasing costs, and poor service. Constantly dealing with “connection issues” on my TV. Long wait times for assistance from @RogersHelps and no help. UGH. What are the alternatives out there?!

Ziad 😷 Fazel 🇨🇦🇺🇦💉 (@ZiadFazel) reported@Shawhelp You’ve admitted you can’t access my account. So what good is sending you a DM? This is my real name. Tell your management to look up my file in your records and fix the problem identified and admitted in your own logs. Entire problem + solution are WITHIN @Rogers. So fix it.

Ugabug (@MaryPChipman) reported@Shawhelp But it's time consuming, the TV settings show our WiFi signal is strong & everything else in the house works, so why should I? It's just the tech concept is faulty.
