    what kind of a service are you giving? not having network connection until Friday??? From Monday to Friday? seriously? @Shawhelp paying like crazy for the bill, being a customer for more than 4 years... how is it possible to work from home under deadline with no internet?

    @Shawhelp why has there been frequent outages in south Calgary? I’m trying to work from home and it’s not working! My company has adopted a paperless office model - felt to better protect client info, be better for planet, and allow us to work from anywhere. BUT we need Internet!

    @Shawhelp Hey Shaw, working from home in Calgary downtown, and ur net is continuously disconnecting. video call or scrn share simply not possible. its bn happening fr quite some time. i know u guys share the bandwidth among users, but this is not the time for bad connection

    @Shawhelp Thanks for responding Tom but I tried that “Live Chat” talking to a computer! Even the phone number that appears when I google your number is incorrect. Wth?? I finally got the 1-800 number and there I sat for hours. How archaic is this? Putting us on ignore has never worked. 😞
