  @Shawhelp I spent hours with your customer support online and on here sometimes No answer I have a paid $1200 I want it back now I have asked for this for months I don’t over payment please get it back to me now and stop sending me 1000 forms to fill I need 3 wifi extenders 3 new bc remote

  @Shawhelp Random blackouts the last couple of days. This has been happening off and on for a year. I hate to say it but I may go to Telus. I've been with Shaw for 15 years but for the last year it's service has been hit and miss.

  @Shawhelp i want out of my contract due to INEPT technical support, i live in a fibre building & on my call, i asked the rep for the fibre team & she said she was, i then gave her my account #, & she said she would have to transfer me to the fibre optic team, then disconnected me
