  @saphzsaphz @Shawhelp The first time it happened I was without local channels for 4 days. I was on the line with tech support for 2 hrs. I gave up and made an in home appt but it corrected itself the morning they were supposed to come. I don't want to spend 2 hrs on chat at this point. Thanks though

  @mrskingle @Shawhelp Having the same issue, after 1.5 hours on phone with tech support, asked for a supervisor, was told lots of people with the issue and they are looking into it...😡

  @Shawhelp my internet was down for an hour and now it is back up but it is very slow. I am located on northwest edmonton. What is going on?
