@ShawInfo Lol consistent? True but consistently a pain in the arse. I loath Shaw but alas it was the only provider I could go with. Terrible customer service and just as bad connection. My modem shouldn’t be shutting off this much in the night...

Me: Hey I work from home and I’m having connection issues and drops in my bandwidth. Asking for a fix for 1 yr. @ShawInfo tech: OK let me reset your modem settings so you’ll have no internet for awhile. ... Did I not just say I’M WORKING?! Honestly unbelievable. #yyc

@Shawhelp Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever endured. Pay ridiculous rates in the first place for a service. The service doesn’t work properly so we are told we need to buy pods after we are in a contract. So have to pay more to get the service we already pay for...

@Shawhelp is it ok to drive across a downed Shaw cable line? Seeing as nobody will come and fix the line across my sisters driveway until Tuesday. Line laying across several driveways and no help from Shawcable.

I have had by far the worst customer service experience w: @ShawInfo, I would never recommend.

@Shawhelp if there is a power failure, how long will the Arris DPT keep service? I know I depends on usage so let's say no usage. Standby time only??

@Shawhelp After an hour, service call finally booked 6 days from today. Service unavailable for approx 20% of the month, yet I'm expected to pay. I wonder how @TELUS would handle this situation
