    @Shawhelp has **** the bed again. We installed #BlueCurve TV in October, and we've had issues with it every month since. I think this switch to @TELUSsupport is going to happen sooner than later. It's not worth the paper it's written on.

    @Shawhelp How do I order another BlueCurve TV box. I have the older wired version. The stores in Calgary can't (or won't) help me and your Chat system is all but unresponsive.

    @Shawhelp Planned outage it looks like, we were not informed about. Was 24 hours in North Vancouver yesterday. Is that what we can expect? Do you need some fibre optic specialists sent over to help out with fixing it? #telus

    @Shawhelp We where waiting on the computer as well as a phone call for over three hours. We are currently back on with a rep but 3 hours? A complete joke and very disappointing. There is no excuse for this poor customer service.
