@Shedmaster13 @kel_varn @Shawhelp Looks like their tech support has no clue what's going on aside from tell you to unplug and re-plug everything & then eventually they give up and say they will escalate the case. & when you follow up with the escalation, they know nothing & ask u to try rebooting w/ them again

Awful, absolutely awful experiences with @ShawInfo . Awful and shaming customer service. Was told my account was free and clear and ready to close. Turns out it wasn’t. They sent it to collections without notifying me via email.

Day 3 without service. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Will keep posting until its fixed. Need more competition in telecom sector. Terrible service from companies shouldn't be the norm.

@Shawhelp seems unacceptable these days to wait 5 days for a tech to come out and look at your internet outage. Guess you'll be losing a customer.

@Shawhelp any idea why I can’t access blue curve app? It’s 12:30 and I’m still up fighting with my teenagers because I can’t actually **** the wifi off 😡🤬

@kel_varn @Shawhelp Oh good to know. Nothing is fixed tho and they just keep pointing me over to chat with tech support... One can only talk to tech support so many times in a week.

@Shawhelp I've noticed the blue curve guide is very laggy and slow lately. Will also show the wrong channel beside the program listed

@ShawInfo you really need to work on the customer service end of things. Waiting 5 days for a tech is not acceptable when trying to get work done from home.
