@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

Why is Shaw Cable blocking me from watching the Jets game using its Blue Curve app in my home area? I’m a 45-min drive from home on my phone, and getting only a screen saying “tune to this network on your home TV” to watch. Doesn’t the app exist for this very reason? @Shawhelp

I've never had so many problems with my internet connection since I've "upgraded" to @ShawInfo Gig1.5 constantly getting better from streaming apps.

@Shawhelp any current issues in St Boniface (Winnipeg). I can see the guide but clicking on any channel gets nothing…..black screen, no audio. TV works fine for other apps
