    @bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

    @Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

    @ShawInfo How do I move wi fi, tv & phone service? I've been on hold for THREE HOURS!!! Unbelievable customer service. When I made a payment it took less than 15 mins.

    @Shawhelp I’m trying to move my service and I don’t have answer from you. I booked to move for Dec 23, and still waiting. I talked to 7 different agents and no answer. Your service sucks.

    @Shawhelp I feel like I’m falling through the cracks, 3 missed appointments and no one calling me back to either fix missed appts or reschedule. I’m supposedly waiting for dispatch or Manager call back. FYI. Tech support said nothing more they can do, what can you do?

    @trishlaw55 @Shawhelp No it’s still not working. Apparently it has something to do with an iOS update and they are working on it? I checked with Shaw again on Nov 13 and the Tech wasn’t aware of the problem so I don’t think it’s a priority.

    So I try to cancel TCM in my shaw account through the chat function of the website . And there is no one on the other end ? Why offer a chat function if you are not going to answer ? @Shawhelp #shaw #cable #tvtime

    @Shawhelp The renewal rate you gave me was not competitive, you call me with unsolicited offers constantly and it took me over an hour to cancel my service. Grade A POOP. Thanks @TELUS !!
