@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.

Hey Calgary. 2:22 am, watching news and suddenly my #Shaw entire Internet and TV goes out. Bluecurve box is nonstop blinking orange. Tried unplugging Bluecurve gateway then plugging back in but goes back to blinking orange. Is there an #outage ? @Shawhelp

@Shawhelp I don’t have a Shaw account. I just want to know on behalf of @gvpl and the library’s clients why you have marked their emails as spam. If the librarian’s statement was in error I hope you’ll reach out and correct the library. Otherwise I hope you’ll fix the problem.

@Shawhelp Internet & TV down since last eve. Soonest you can send support I was told is Thursday????? I hope you will also reduce my billing cycle by the 4+ days of ZERO service. And you can expect my bill for 4 days of lost wages as I can’t work without this service.

@Shawhelp Nope - not more complicated than a 5th line/phone. Told the 5th line is a big problem and can only be done in a retail store! Sometimes families are more than 4 people - its true!
