@Mark_Goldberg @TELUS @ShawInfo No, I’m only talking about fiber in the ground. It needs to be treated like a utility, not like a competitive service. We don’t need to rip up streets twice and run multiple cables to each home. And if the government is funding it, it 💯 percent needs to be open access.

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

CBC, CNN, and others equally support or give voice to extreme left-wing ideas and events, often by cherry picking facts, data, and language. Should they be banned? @as_per_danielle @Pjhvan @ShawInfo Well... little secret here :P I neither have nor watch TV! But I've met a lot of people who have been sucked in by the Fox/RT echo chamber and I _know_ it's bad. As time goes on they get more and more detached from reality and I think it's long past time we stop that happening.

@Shawhelp Your new mandatory confirmation code setup is garbage. If Shaw was serious it's a very simple matter for Shaw to match the originating IP address with the password protected "MY Shaw" account. I'm not changing my browser setting to retain any Shaw password codes!
