    @ShawInfo The new device you sent me has a default password of "password" with no instructions to the customer to change this. Instead, you point us to your crap app. Wonder how many customer devices are owned...

    Dear @ShawInfo. This is it. We are breaking up. Your lack of customer service, your old equipment, your phone operators in Belize/Pakistan, now an agent who has told me to monitor an outage of tv and internet for “I don’t know, a few days” is disgusting. #yeg

    @ShawInfo Can you confirm if the service outage in the Central Lonsdale area extends as far as Parkgate in #NorthVancouver? We’re told that’s why our internet is out but this seems improbable given location.
