    My internet has been down for 3 hours now. @CCarrytel support doesnt open for another 5 1/2 hours and the vendor ( @shawhelp ) who licenses the line to them wont assist because im not THEIR customer. Why tf would I be with outages every 3-4 nights?

    @Shawhelp is there an internet outage in Winnipeg. North Kildonan region? Myself and Shaw using neighbors are all having issues this morning. Cant access the outage map since it's stuck on British Columbia for some reason and your apps won't log in. Not that they ever work anyway

    @ShawInfo LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE ....WHY the long wait times just to speak to an agent? You are making billions yet too cheap to hire staff. Corporate Greed!
