Shaw/Rogers has stated that their internet infrastructure in my community is unable to provide the 2Gbps download speeds during peak times. 50% to 70% bandwidth loss in peak times. But charging people for it.

They are optimizing cost over service. What is the maximum tolerance for a customer, etc. it’s obviously worse for oligopoly

It shows my account number but all other info brings up errors saying it can’t be retrieved with a retry option that doesn’t do anything. Not sure if there’s work being done on the backend or a server issue but it’s making it impossible to pay online.
