@Shawhelp my fiancee and I are moving from the basement suite to the ground level suite in the house that we live in. We are wondering if there is anything we'd need to do in order to have our cable service not interupted. (I CANNOT MISS THE HOCKEY THAT COMES BACK SOON!!)

  • hudiehouse Lesley-Anne Hudie (@hudiehouse) reported from Thunder Bay, Ontario

@ShawInfo @MSNBC sounds like it has the squelch turned way up in Thunder Bay. Day 3. When are you gonna fix this??? #Newsnight #KnowledgeIsPower

  • j_holtslander Jay Holtslander (@j_holtslander) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

  • KuchTony Tony Freddie Kuchar (@KuchTony) reported from Edmonton, Alberta

@Shawhelp I just had the worst encounter with a support agent on the phone. Not only am I disappointed about the lack of service I’ve been receiving on my Internet, but now on your support side with an agent. I’m VERY disappointed.

  • Mike_Clarry Michael Clarry (@Mike_Clarry) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@ToolShedBeer @ShawInfo I hope they are paying you well to promote an utterly garbage service - I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and they’ve treated me like utter dog ****..

  • UKgeordieColin Colin (@UKgeordieColin) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp help. We've just moved. I was told to simply plug the modem in and it would work. I did and it isn't working. Getting a message "connected, no internet". #help #runningoutofdata

  • cobalt766 Cobalt (@cobalt766) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Shawhelp once again time to renew with you and you try and Jack up my prices. Your customer service still sucks.

  • AlsoKnownAs_AA Algis Akstinas (@AlsoKnownAs_AA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Mark_Goldberg @ShawInfo Good for people in AB & B.C. that can and want to bundle. But not focused on the underserved or accessibility. Have to have a fixed service, qualify. And accept zoned plan limitations. If you followed the Wireless Industry Review closely @TD_Canada these were some of key points.
