    @Shawhelp .@ShawHelp DM sent. It's just live TV that is out, the guide and On Demand content are all working. Others are reporting this. This is an area outage in the tri-cities.

    @Shawhelp It's been ongoing for over a month. Everytime I call, I get the same advice "turn your router off and on", but this is a neighborhood problem and everyone is being told the same thing. It's an infrastructure problem, not a customer equipment problem

    @VSM0824 @Shawhelp @ShawInfo Im having issues. Won’t let me change the channel. Says channel is not working at this time. I’ve tried unplugging and it’s still not working
