@Shawhelp why has it taken 6 months, so far, to get our cable buried? Our service has been running above ground along a park, across the lane and across our yard since January or February!! Phoned at least three times and told it's "a work in progress". I don't see any progress!

@Shawhelp why is the Cloudmark service that you use suddenly ratelimiting incoming email? This started last week I think. Mail is bouncing back to senders.
