    @Crackmacs @Shawhelp I have a 1.5gb connection, they keep emailing me an offer to upgrade to 1.0gb for $10 more. I think their spamvertising system is broken.

    @Shawhelp Tech support not needed unless you can make Blue Curve actually live TV (it’s about 1.5 min behind), fix the FFWD (so slow), stop the glitching/random cutting out issues. So many problems with it.

    @Shawhelp I’m getting tired of my current internet provider’s customer support and I’m shopping around to see if I can get a comparable price and service to what I’m getting now. Do you have any promotions going on?

    Wanted to cancel cable and only keep internet. But @Shawhelp gave us such a good deal, we couldn’t do it. In the end, adding all those streaming channels to our internet would have cost us more.
