    @Shawhelp I just got the wireless BlueCurve boxes when I signed back up for TV service earlier this week. Would it matter if I hard wire it vs. WiFi?

    Wake up to my @ShawInfo internet being down, others in my building reporting the same thing, get forced to wait 24+ hours for a technician to “come and possibly resolve issue”. Real great, but you’ll send me letters and emails if I’m even an hour late with paying my bill. 🙄
