I've had service complaints in with @Shawhelp since Blue Curve was installed in October.... filed a Better Business Bureau complaint tonight, not holding us to a contract when #Shaw doesn't supply the service you've paid for. @Shawhelp on hold 1:15:00, Shaw dropped connection. Now waiting 35 min+ for SMS help. My apt building is all Shaw satellite and everyone on my drop line has no signal. Happened abt 2 mos ago, not my eqpt but a fried transformer on roof near dish. But HOW can I get through??

@Shawhelp How is it that you cannot provide an ETA? The techs must know what needs to be replaced and how long it takes to do that. A full day of thanking for patience and directing to a barely updated page is not customer service. Shocking there are no redundancies. Not impressed!
