A technician from @TELUSsupport was scheduled to help with our internet issue and in the message about it a $150 FEE APPLIES IF THEY DONT FIND AN ISSUE. That's complete BS that it's a) not mentioned on the phone and b) casually plopped in a text. Hey @ShawInfo want my business?

So frustrated with how Shaw handled my concerns after a week without services due to their negligence in sending a tech out instead of a self install...since the manager wants to treat this as an $18 matter I will definitely be going to the CRTC to get my record notes @ShawInfo

@Shawhelp first live chat assistance had me turn on and off my modem for 1.5hr only to tell me he can’t help bc it’s a business account. 2nd live chat took my info and quickly told me there’s an outage in my area… why do I need to play chat roulette
