    @ShawInfo internet is down AGAIN, so far 7 hours and no resolution and it is FREQUENTLY down. If I switch providers, which is increasingly more apparent that I have too, we will close two internet and one cable account. All b/c of these frequent and LONG outages #shawinternetOUT

    @Shawhelp why are there such frequent and prolonged outages in P0S1K0 ? What a disgrace the service is becoming! Constant outages, todays us 7 plus hours and STILL no resolution.

    @Shawhelp Can someone pls explain why on a daily basis does my TV reception freeze? Is it a) signal problem coming into my home b) problem with my 5-year old wifi modem c) time to switch to Telus fibre as they call daily wanting me to switch?? I have internet 600. Daily issues!

    @Shawhelp Already did that. Using twitter from my MacBook to see if the issue pops up here as requested by the tech.

    @Shawhelp Done that already, twice The service tech who showed up at my house yesterday also tried to work with you folks. No luck. Your account management people need to fix my account so that the new modem can be added which will allow the tech to activate the modem. Just that simple.

    @Shawhelp Just got off another conversation with your tech support. She says she spoke to the right people to escalate this as a priority. Im told that I can expect a call from them as soon as the problem with my account is fixed, which is what they said yesterday.

    @Shawhelp There is an outage. It’s been going on for more than 7 hours. This is frequent. I’m fed up…it’s ALWAYS the Shaw equipment that fails. Half the town is out AGAIN.

    @PeterLepine @Shawhelp Last time I got frustrated with Shaw I called them and asked to cancel my service. When I explained why they fixed the problem right there and gave me a $25 credit. I told them I didn't want the credit, I just want them to answer the phone and fix the problem wo me waiting hours.
