    Anyone else having issues with their Shaw internet? It was working fine for an hour or two now I can connect to my wifi but there's no internet on either laptop or phone. @Shawhelp @ShawInfo I have tried restarting everything, including modem.

    @Shawhelp @ShawInfo So I received my new pvr in the mail which was great,the news about my bill with a price freeze was top notch only down side to my pvr compared to the one i had befor the upgrade this machine does not have a clock on it & i feel lost without it

    @Shawhelp 7805704454. Look it up. Info should be there from my previous contacts. Having to explain this again to a new set of ears is only pushing me to cancel my entire package .

    @Shawhelp my internet goes down for 5-7 minutes than restarts. This happens at least 5 times daily. Is this acceptable?
