    @Shawhelp R U having problems in Newton, Surrey area. My bluecurve TV guide is taking forever to populate. And scroll function up/down very very slow and once you stop again takes forever to populate guide.

    @Shawhelp in Montgomery (NW Calgary. Recent power outage restored but internet is still down. Devices (and desktop) can find the modem but not connect to internet. Reset modem, threw breakers to reset house. Any ideas?

    @Shawhelp Don’t DM them, they don’t respond. Apparently it’s ok to ignore people who pay for a service and can’t use it.
