@ShawInfo $35 activation for two accounts = $70. Many carriers waive the fee if you self activate. Seems steep if you're an existing Shaw customer.

@Shawhelp very strange problem right now. I'm watching Highway Thru Hell and the background music is on so I know my volume is working, but I'm not getting any of the conversation nor the narrator. The commercials are working perfectly 🙄

@Shawhelp I off the phone with a @ShawInfo rep who actually confirmed that if I don’t sign a 2year contract, the rate for the same service is not guaranteed. I don’t know anyone who even has cable anymore, this is a horrible way to retain your existing clients. @BBB_BC

@Shawhelp Yeah, I actually have my 2.4 and 5G separated out because band steering causes some issues with my devices. It's not a range issue (I have an extender), the modem is white, it just disappears entirely. Even sitting on it it's not detectable. Cycling the router brings it back.
