    @Shawhelp Too late. Thanks anyway. Phoned customer support. Very nice tech, but couldn't help, so set up a tech visit. Then I basically rebooted everything & now it's working. Should I cancel the tech?

    @Shawhelp first live chat assistance had me turn on and off my modem for 1.5hr only to tell me he can’t help bc it’s a business account. 2nd live chat took my info and quickly told me there’s an outage in my area… why do I need to play chat roulette

    @Shawhelp I was finally able to unplug and reseat the coax. No difference. The same issue still exists on channel 154

    @Shawhelp so we receive a monthly bill for tv and internet. No service charge for the bill. I receive a bill from ShawMobile a "0$" but wait.. there's a charge of $5 for that zero bill so the bill is for the bill plus 12% tx. Where has common sense gone?
