Hi folks - alas, there will be no podcast today. 😭😭😭😭😭 @MarkinVancity’s @ShawInfo internet connection has been down for a week and he’s already burned through 200gb using his Mobile hotspot. Hoping to resume recording this week when @ShawInfo finally fixes the issue.

@Shawhelp Hi Kyle - I keep insisting on escalating this but nobody at Shaw will help with this. 1.5 weeks of outage is unacceptable (especially since I know specifically what the issue is and have explained it multiple times). Please slide me a DM so I can pass on my personal contact.

Hey @ShawInfo, since when did my PVR record settings retroactively change from "Save until space is needed" to "save until space is needed (up to one year)"??! My PVR, which has never filled up, is suddenly missing a whole bunch of recordings 😡
