    @xeviuss @ShawInfo Yea what happened was Telus put in new underground lines in the area and destroyed the existing ones, so now Shaw had to place overhead line to bypass the damage. They also had to replace it once due to cold weather

    @Shawhelp @linkinvg what's the point of an update page if it doesn't update? been almost 3 hrs since last update, no service for over 13 HOURS now

    @xeviuss @ShawInfo It took months for them to fix mine. Got a large rebate on it too. Had to run my own router with the modem in bridge mode
