After about an hour with @Shawhelp people I have found out that not only do I not have Internet til Tuesday, dead modem, I can't even take the modem somewhere and swap it. I have to wait for a tech to bring on with them on a service call. Drop it off and take the old one.

@Shawhelp Your tech did NOT turn on the TV before he left, to double check his work...works! No @ShawDirect right after getting a new connection! DM asap; to fix your poor service (standards)

@Shawhelp My wish is.....when watching Shaw on Demand.... For the pause function to work when I press the button instead of a pause before the pause, and a fast-forward/rewind function that works. I've never understood why this has never been addressed. Is Telus on Demand the same? 😠
