    In addition to services being incredibly and increasingly unreliable, just read that @Shawhelp is going to be charging more for internet in the New Year. Does that mean the service will actually allow for 2 Zoom calls at once?

    Just got off the phone with @Shawhelp and their customer service has gone significantly downhill since offshoring the customer support people. The claim they don't have a loyalty department anymore and if that is the case it's very disappointing 😟 @ShawInfo #badcustomerservice

    @Shawhelp my home internet went down shorty after 3pm PT, and is still down - orange flashing light on Bluecurve Modem. I’m in #CityOfPG - is this a known outrage, any suggestions to get things working again?

    @ShawInfo @Shawhelp Once again my Shaw is down. Yesterday, I had a helper leave to go to a meeting, then I got timed out & when I got someone, I asked a question that they should have known but it took forever. Shaw chat used to be helpful but one told me he was working on...

    We've been have issues with @ShawInfo since we switiched from @telus due to some savings they offered us. Poor customer service and imcompetent staff. Keep your Telus accounts people
