@Shawhelp Hey the ‘last watched’ and numerical channel search isn’t working on the remote. Only Guide search and voice command are working. New batteries in remote. Is this a Shaw issue?

Incredibly disappointed in @Shawhelp. Went through several hours of tech support only to have the agent go on break, bring in another agent and start all over again, right when we had resolved it and were looking at booking a site visit. Total waste of HOURS of my time. 😡😡😡
