@ShawInfo Part 2 so despite our issues with Shaw, here's what the rep told us "I completely understand that.But as a consumer myself, going through all that. Wouldn't you rather save the trouble and just cancel services that is obviously not working at your new resident @Shawhelp

@ShawHelp too funny. Spend over an hour bouncing around services to finally get an answer to service problem. "Ticket marked urgent 3 to 5 days for response." Thankfully Shaw doesn't run our @BCAmbulance services .. wait .. do they?

Had @ShawInfo internet installed in August. Wrong cable used for installation + now @Shawhelp won't refund for their error! So much for being a loyal customer! #poorcustomerservice @TELUS looking better all the time
