The worst thing happened and my @Shawhelp page up and down skip forward presets reverted to their default 5 minute skip. Why on Earth would anyone want to skip 5 minutes at a time?

Hi Shaw “Communications” Co @ShawInfo, before I share screenshots of convos, who in chat support is trained to work with accessibility needs? There is no accessibility option in support and when asking those questions it ends up in a robot auto-responder loop. #DisabilityTwitter
