    Disappointed in tactics @Shawhelp - if our area could support an alternative with same quality we would not re-subscribe. Talk to agents merely days apart and deal increased? Pretty slimy.

    @Shawhelp I'm getting a "HTTP ERROR 400 Problem accessing /service/preauth. Reason: account is not active:" on a bunch of my emails, please advise what I can do about it.

    @Shawhelp @TheQdotFM Customer service said she couldnt help without the reference number for the transaction...bank said since its a pre authorization theres no reference number. This is the second withdrawl the bank said, other one was in Oct for $3.95.
