@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

Hate good customer support, signed up for internet with @ShawInfo . They will lie to you, extort you based on those lies, hang up on you when you are upset about this , ever other person will waste your time , mock you, and blame you . It was a really great 3hr experience.

@PaulDoroshenko Can attest, @ShawHelp is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Absolutely no customer service. No idea who created the we need your Acct #, name, address, etc etc to answer even a simple question (that had nothing to do with our acct)!

Look; You get on the Damn Ball and connect with your 'Business Department' regale them with this Information - and Fix the Damn Problem. You should further Compensate him for the Work Hours you've Stolen.

@Shawhelp I think Canadian Mobile service providers need to get help from US service providers. They are succeeded in identifying scam callers. caller id says "scam call" 2/2

@Shawhelp I know where you are coming from & DM is not going to help. All Canadian Citizens do have this issue. It used to be 'Canada revenue agency'. somehow scammers showed mercy on CRA. Now 'Canada border services'.
