Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

My problem was the lady on support said nothing about bew hardware or when it might come, just the email with the QR Fed Ex label
