@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

@KoorikiFox I requested a call back from a supervisor from @Shawhelp and it never happened. The tech that did this should be written up. Horribly unacceptable sloppy, unauthorized and lazy work.

Incredibly disappointed in @Shawhelp. Went through several hours of tech support only to have the agent go on break, bring in another agent and start all over again, right when we had resolved it and were looking at booking a site visit. Total waste of HOURS of my time. 😡😡😡
