    @Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

    @Shawhelp we are without internet since Monday because Shaw customer service cannot update a serial number! Been to the store and spent hours talking to their unhelpful customer service. Been in a queue with backend support who were supposed to fix it in 24 hrs but did nothing!

    @Shawhelp Can you send someone to pick up the modem and TV boxes please? I'm sick of constant service interruptions and no solutions except to upgrade for more money. Funny how this happened the day our two years was up for renewal. You are all the same. Sickening.

    @Shawhelp I called yesterday to ask about my internet not working. The earliest they could send an agent to help was Saturday. Wtf, there are literal no agents available until Saturday?

    @RealisticSter @warmitchell @Shawhelp Worst is everything is literally tied to it in this digital world. No Netflix, Google Play movies, Disney +, Crave, Prime, TV, PVR'd shows... Nothing. Yard out the old Blu Rays and see what we can watch lol

    @trestres @Shawhelp Thanks for that. Hope you get it fixed. My brother has a similar building issue. He has to reboot his TV boxes a dozen times a day. Has had 2 tech visits & a 3rd on Friday. Has rec'd no discount on his bill. On a 2 year contract with auto withdrawals. I think it is crazy. Lol.

    @Shawhelp is a GIGANTIC waste of time and money I've been fighting these idiots tooth and nail over the span of 3 weeks just to get a nicer way of saying "We're not fixing the issue, quit streaming so we don't look bad" You should be sued, you sorry waste of internet bandwidth

    @ShawInfo just spent 25 min on hold with customer service only to be hung up on the second I got an agent. Didnt get to say a single word. Uncool.
