@Shawhelp Again, hit you up so to speak, yesterday, no response. Internet out in my area AGAIN, after I was assured it was fixed. Sent you another message now. This lack of service AND lack of response is absolutely dreadful and unacceptable.

@MrComplaintBox @ShawInfo Elderly parents switched to Bluecurve wifi tv last month. The main TV won’t work. Been glitchy since installed. Shaw can’t send a TEC to fix until May. Chat line is useless. No customer service. 2 weeks senior citizens no service. Pathetic! Brutal!

@RobinsDonutsCAN @Shawhelp @CineplexMovies @Tbaytel Want to offer #freeWiFi to your #customers, DON'T GO WITH #SHAWOPEN, since it's far from being #open. #Tbaytel does much better at having #public #guests. Meanwhile, with #Shaw, if you're not a Shaw #customer, NO #WIFI for you!

@Shawhelp I am in Thunder Bay. Just noticed that about 30 Channels have disappeared from my service. I phoned earlier today and had to pay to restore the Golf Channel. Now I see that lots of channels - like CNN, are gone. Never missed a payment, never late - customer for 35 years.

@Shawhelp why does Shaw do an update at 3:50pm & then knocks out our internet & cable?! So many problems w/ Shaw & BlueCurve! Now no wifi or cable. Thankfully we use Bell for my cell phone or we’d have no internet at all. #fixit #unreliableShaw
