    @Shawhelp Is there a reason our phone data is being throttled so bad we can't even use our GPS? Has Rogers been ******* us over already since the takeover? Also, why the hell don't I get reception in half of my house? How can I be ROAMING from one room to another?

    @Shawhelp So I tried the reboot on my gateway that didnt help. It's pixelating on my none gateway TVs too. The ABC feed is the worst.

    @Shawhelp is at it again. Just two weeks before on Friday there was an outage in Surrey for more than 24 hours and there is one today. What the hell is happening. And it’s been like this since 1am.

    @Shawhelp when do you plan to reimburse for all your outages? I cannot keep paying my phone provider for extra internet. Every two weeks there is an outage.

    @Shawhelp This seems to happen more frequently with Shaw. This is very disrputive and quite annoying. Please fix your services, hardware or infrastruture to ensure this doesn't happen so often. Seriously considering transfering over to Telus now.

    1/3 Tried to negotiate with @ShawInfo to bring our bill down to where it was before the promo wore off and they offered me a plan that was basically the same price (still almost $200). (was willing to ditch cable tv to get it down to about $100 for phone and internet)

    @Shawhelp 90 minutes of calling into your call center for help with my Internet issues has resulted in constant dropped calls on your end. And your chat support via app is borderline non-existent tonight. As a 20+ year customer, this is beyond frustrating.
