@Shawhelp What is the point of having this account if you aren't going to help people? I've been waiting over an hour for a response and have now had to resort to contacting someone who has ESL via the online chat help on the Shaw website. Not my original plan for a Friday night.

@Shawhelp Shaw hung a down line across my driveway- failed to come to the door to explain why we did not get re connected to tv phone internet Sadly I require internet. Phone. Fax. Because i work from home. Such unacceptable service. What a day!

@Shawhelp I don’t need help resolving, but could you answer my last question in this thread? How my 2.4ghz SSID got renamed. Example of “clever” names I set myself in router settings: “MYWIFI_2.4ghz” “MYWIFI_5ghz” Was changed to (before I fixed yesterday): “MYWIFI_5ghz” and “MYWIFI_5ghz”
