    @Shawhelp No one has come and I’ve been told by Jesse from your team that I should connect with technical support. I just want someone to come and fix a down cable which is still a hazard it’s still on the sidewalk and kids are walking by

    @Shawhelp I’m having troubles with my mobile login. I reset my password, after resetting, I try signing in again. But it says the password is incorrect and to try after 30 minutes or reset again
