@Shawhelp I know it's not my equipment, because reboots would reset things. I'm also a System Analyst for a Library System with 35 service points throughout Southern Alberta and...know a few things about networking. First is check your own equipment. This is on you.

Well, I thought I'd gotten lucky since moving, but nope... @shawinfo @shawhelp still just randomly **** the bed for 10 or so minutes. Generally when you're on the interwebs doing the relaxing and need that connection...

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Shawhelp I did. They were of no help!

  • Phoul Colin Childs (@Phoul) reported

@Shawhelp It has been resolved (after an hour talking with your agent). I will say, disconnecting people in the middle of the work day without notice is really poor behavior. We are in a pandemic, and this makes me consider other providers.

  • theAutistech The Autistech (@theAutistech) reported

@Shawhelp It's bad enough we get random hangs and slowness, but this is not the first time this has happened. Often, it lasts long enough for me to know it's no longer a blip, verify my equipment, look up who to call. Obviously long enough for someone to notice with network monitoring.
