@Shawhelp hi, are you able to tell me if there’s anything wrong with my landline? Both handsets have no dial tone and have said “line in use” for 2 days. I’ve reset the modem, unplugged everything and nothing. I assume since there’s no dial tone that’s a Shaw issue?

@Shawhelp The app doesn’t even launch. So I think the problem is through the shaw box, not Netflix.

@Shawhelp your internet will not stop cutting out all week. Upload is destroyed and it’s a plant issue. Your customer service reps will be unable to do anything. What will be done about this?

@Shawhelp I have a question about business internet with Cable + LTE backup. If the internet switches to LTE due to a problem, does it use a different IP address from the regular cable connection or will it have the same static IP address, really need to find the answer to this.
