@Shawhelp I am so frustrated our internet keeps randomly dropping. We called and all they did was a upgrade for internet rather than fix the hardware. Now we're stuck on a 2-year contract and internet that won't stay connected to our laptops and just drops randomly.

How come when I use my @TELUSsupport home wifi my connection SUCKS ? Is it because I have @TELUS "Pure Fibre" ? Which is Pure Crap !!!! Dial up would be faster or using my neighbor's @ShawInfo wifi !!!

@Shawhelp I've talked to and had techs here like 5+ times, it was always blamed on the signal to my building, so I assumed (incorrectly) that the whole building would need rewiring to fix it. Turns out it happens 3000kms away too. so for the umpteenth time, get a grip and fix your ****.

A year ago @ShawInfo told us that our internet problems were located at the pole on the road. It’s been a year of calling @Shawhelp They still haven’t fixed it. They arrange for technicians to come and no one shows up. Our internet is at 1/10th of the speed we’re paying for.

@Shawhelp That did not work.We had a service call a week ago. The cable outside was replaced. TV was working after that. But we lost internet. We resolved that Friday. But we have not had Global TV since.
