So @shawinfo and @shawhelp I’ve been in a wal mart location for 3 hours on the phone with your reps trying to get a cell phone. Completely unacceptable customer service Shaw. The people at wal mart are being super helpful but you keep giving them the run around

@wildrose76 @Shawhelp It's ridiculous that they cut service because they "wanted" to upgrade the cable boxes. Not a good way to run a business. The local news is really the only feature that's any good.

@Shawhelp Do you have a direct number for your Customer Retention dept? Also, if I don't get what I am paying for, can I cancel the contract you locked me into? And, did you use the pandemic to lay off good staff? Why no overnight tech help while you advertise that you have it?
