Honestly so done with @Shawhelp how can someone have to call in over 10 times in the last 7 months over internet connection problems and still have issues? So annoying and tired of it.

@Shawhelp Yes, the original one stopped working after two days. Fortunately I hadn’t sent my old one back yet so we reconnected that until the service call today. The new one is all set up and seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed there’s no more problems.

@ShawInfo your customer service is horrendous. I’m not even a Shaw customer. I’ve been trying to let you know someone used my phone number for an account. An hour waiting on hold and 40 mins IN a chat window before I gave up. Good luck with that account.

@Shawhelp my cable has been non-working since August. Two pvrs. No show listings not able to tape. I’m disabled. Rarely able to find time ability or someone to fix or troubleshoot. Not happy to be paying and all I watch much is news.

@MsYouDoYou @TELUS @Shawhelp I was so excited for the day we got telus Fibre in town. I was max 6 down before we got gigabit internet. Best thing the town ever did lol
